Room was great! “Resort” not so much.
The room itself was great! Served all purposes and had a decent ocean view! Room was bright and welcoming. The location is good, close to a ton of things. But the resort itself is bright when you walk in but the people behind the desk will treat you like an inconvenience. The gentleman wasn’t very helpful and ignored me for a long time while talking to someone who worked there. So that put a damper on it. Then we were sent down a long hallway that looks bright in the pics but is very… dark alley vibes. Pools both indoor and out are closed down. Gym? Nope. Bar or lounge.. nope. I know there was a hurricane in 22 that did damage but nothing seems fixed. And the elevators are sketchy as heck. However, I will say the housekeeping staff I met were super nice!

5/5 Star property. Outside of minor inconveniences like the electric stove that takes a long time to heat up and the parking lot which is a small walk this property is 98/100 for me and id recommend anyone to stay here.
