"Our room wasn't very clean - there were hairs on the shower wall (not ours), an empty water bottle on the nightstand (again, not ours), and sticky stuff on the desk. When we put the sign on the door to get maid service, they never did it - bed was still unmade, no new towels, ... We won't be staying there again, even though the price was good. The free breakfast did look good, but unfortunately we had breakfast plans and didn't eat there."
