Répugnant

Séjour de plusieurs jours dans cette hôtel d'un autre temps qui c'est arrêté dans le temps et vous ramene dans les années 70, avec des chambres biscornu des fils électriques qui sont cachés sous vos oreilllers et une moquette qui fait office de rasoir. La taille n'en parlons pas . Les trou de carrelage rafistoler dans la salle de bain .... Et les bestioles partons sur les plafonds.... Et l'accueil juste exécrable avec un personnel désagréable même agressif qui préfère s'occuper de leurs clients de 70 ans et + en cure thermale . Heureusement que le veilleur de nuit est accueillant et fait parfaitement son travail même plus encore . Il relève très largement le niveau d'accueil de cette établissement qui affiche 2 étoiles et n'en a la qualité de 0 . Et n'oublions pas le comble, 1 seul de nos chambres nettoyé sur la durée de notre séjour et le personnel vous demande un supplément pour la première. Honteux

Etablisement sympathique mais rue bruyante

Très bon accueil, souriant, dynamique Etablissement très propre Mais très très bruyant la nuit côté Place de La Fontaine Chaude! Volet et fenêtre fermés, c'était comme si j'étais en terrasse!

J’attendais mieux d’un hôtel quasi historique

Pas de parking, pas de climatisation, et une chambre sur la place qui s’est révélée être très bruyante, tant le matin (éboueurs) que le soir (terrasses). Du coup, un hôtel des grandes chaînes dans une zone industrielle est bien plus confortable !

J'ai réservé une chambre à l'occasion de l'événement manga dax pour moi et mon compagnon dans cet hôtel qui paraissait très bien sur le site mais une fois arrivés sur place on nous informe qu'il n'y a plus de places et que nous avons étaient mis dans l'hôtel juste à côté qui est un complexe balnéaire... Déjà aucune notification ni appel de l'établissement pour nous prévenir Ensuite la chambre qu'on nous attribue et petite, elle donne directement sur la place, où sont présents des bars ouvert tard, la baie vitrée est extrêmement mal isolée on entends tout les cris , les voitures etc ce qui est très pénible quand on aimerait bien dormir. Et la salle de bain est une horreur, tout est vieux la douche c'est à peine un rideau qui en ferme l'accès et c'est un espace très petit... Je regrette juste d'avoir oublié de prendre des photos... En bref nous avons étés déçus et nous chercherons un autre établissement la prochaine fois.

Très bon accueil. A la réception on vous accompagne à votre chambre et on vous fait visiter les lieux. Les chambres sont très simples, un peu vieillotte mais avec le confort minimum. Petit dej à petit prix mais peu de choix (pain/gateau/yaourts/céréales) . En plein centre, bien situé mais attention si c'est soir de fête vous entendrez tout ! Personnel à l'écoute.

Hôtel vétuste, deco datant des années 60, la salle de bain n en parlons pas... Serviette et tapis de douche qui datent de la même époque que la deco... il faut se lever de bonne heure afin de régler la douche... le rideau de douche jaunis, les murs moisi... Bref, je ne réserverai plus jamais dans cet établissement.

Sur le site nous avions sélectionner une chambre avec lit jumeaux qui était plus cher de 2 € que 1 lit double et arrivez sur place nous avons eu un lit double, heureusement nous avons pu changer de chambre avec leurs second hôtel mais du coup qui est qu'une étoile donc déclasser pour le même prix, sinon la chambre était propre et confortable, pas de savon pour les mains ni gel douche offert juste du shampooing, balcon peux pratique sinon superbe vue sur la fontaine. Nous avons pas réussis à nous connecter au wifi.

Accommodating staff. I thought I had a room with a balcony but it didn't turn out that way. The lady did find a way to give me such a room for the first week of my 3 week stay, and I was grateful. When I had to move it was just across the hall on the same floor. Old fashioned in many ways but suited my style, and I enjoyed my stay. Clean, good service, and excellent location on kind of the main square in Dax. A free navette runs from the train station to the Fontaine Chaude so just a few steps to the hotel. Many, many things in walking distance, including a hypermarché.
