「Our stay here was lovely. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was exactly as it was described. They had a coffee machine for little pods but we brought ground coffee so I asked the staff if they had a regular coffee machine and within 5 minutes I was brought one and also more coffee. The staff was super helpful and very very nice. In the close area there are several dining options, but we also had a kitchen to cook if we chose to. 「Traveling solo with 2 kids under 2 years old and needed to check in early. Ms. CJ and staff made the process so easy! From providing an accessible room on the 1st floor to adding 2 cribs and even offering to assist getting our things into the room. This really made the stay, but I cannot leave out the fact that the place was clean and well kept, the included breakfast was great and had lots of selections and I slept like a baby once my babies were asleep!!!」

「The staff was great, the rooms were clean and very comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient to get to the interstate and Carowinds amusement park, the reason for our stay, was only about 15 minutes away. My only minor complaint was that the pool was extremely cold, but that was as much the weather's fault as the hotel's. It was unseasonably cool at night during our trip and I assume the pool is not heated.」
