I was assigned to a room where the light didn’t work, the rug was so worn out it had holes in it, the toilet and shower were brown as well as being left with 10 sheets of tp left. I couldn’t let myself be in the room for more than five minutes. I have travelled the world and never been so appalled in my life. They did not refund the stay despite complaints and leaving.」
