Blankets were awful. Staff was a little standoff ish. We were locked out of the building because someone burnt food and the whole floor filled up with smoke. No hand soap or toiletries. Not even a hand towel. The signage said if you wanted to exchange towels you had to pay. No housekeeping. "

"THE GOOD: The place is great, beautiful, and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. THE BAD: The check-in process is HORRIBLE because of the to may steps of registering with them. You have to go through a process that is like an exhaustive background investigation done by the FBI. Be prepared to provide a lot of PERSONAL INFORMATION. Additionally, too many steps to finally been able to check in."
