I booked a room with EXPEDIA. Which the room at the hotel was not available. So I did not get a jacuzzi like I paid for through Expedia. Expedia ripped me off and scammed me. Do not go thru Expedia. I needed to take a bath and was not able to. I was severely beaten and wanted to relax and ordered room thru Expedia. Got there and was told that room was not even available. Expedia lied to me. I am so upset.

3 men sitting there when got there, got to honey moon suite people working next door loudly, rooms definitely don’t look at pictured. Ran down. Creepy. Pool was closed. We’ll see how the night goes super disappointed.

I did not like anything. The floor was soo dirty, after walking on it in 2 min my socks were black, had hardly any lighting, tub wasn’t draining rite, vending machine wasn’t working properly, ice machine was down. Suppose to of been a king size bed and it was a full! Very disappointing for the 187.00 dollar night. I would have paid 60.00 to stay at a 2.0 star rating motel!!!

The reception was quite interesting me & Ben the mouse checked in at the same time his room was on the 1st floor but other than that my room was very cold and the heater was very loud and ran all night got very little rest

We stayed 1 night. I booked a hot tub room through Expedia. When we checked in, Expedia had sent them a Loft room request. The manager was able to accommodate us. They let us know some tv channels werent working but provided the wifi password so we could watch on our phones. To our delight, tv worked just fine. They do continental type breakfast all day which we appreciated. This is a unique property & we will probably stay again.

The building obviously is not maintained and it should have been a red flag when a plunger was left beside toilet. The toilet didn’t flush, carpet was 30 years old, and the pillows smell like other humans who have not showered.

The breakfast is available 24/7 which was nice. The rooms are good, but some noise from other rooms and the AC unit did wake me up in the middle of the night. Very unique building.

Ridiculous. No room even those had confirmation.
We arrived after a concert and was told there was no rooms available even though we reserved a week in advance. We were given a room with a broken lock and no ac and the showers plumbing was broken. We had no choice but to stay or drive through the night with our 6 yr old daughter

Over booked.
The hotel called me little more than an hour before checkin and told me that they over booked the room and had no hot tub room for me. They did offer alternate nights but that didnt work for me. Hotels.com hasnt been helpful in getting my money back.

When I arrived they said they weren't honoring the Expedia prices that I paid for so I ended up with 3 hours for phonecalls etc threw Expedia to help me..worat experience ever...not only that there was a lady in front of me same situation I heard them talking shame on them

Hopefully it gets turned around
The front lobby looked fairly clean but as we went up the stairs we quickly noticed the entire building was in rough shape. The new owner stated it is under renovation. As of now the room we stayed in had holes in the door, lots of stains everywhere and the sink was not in the bathroom it was in the main room. A couple of weird things: - had a random guy walking around our hallway in the morning and had to be told to leave because he didn’t have a room. - There was a dude outside in the parking lot hanging out with bags of trash stacked up in his car everywhere. Really weird things happening there.

Make sure you pre-pay if you check in after 5P
The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. But...This hotel has been going through renovations for over a year, but it doesn't seem to progressing much. There were loose stairs going from the second to the third floor. Service wise, we had 4 rooms in our party, 2 were pre-paid, 2 were not. Because we had not checked in by 5:00PM, and didn't answer the phone (as we were travelling) the two rooms were cancelled without notice. The front desk clerk did not seem to think there was an issue with cancelling the reservations. Luckily they did have room available and honored the original booking price. But, if there were extra rooms, why was it necessary to cancel the reservations?

I had a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke and tub had cigarette burn marks all along the side. I asked to be moved to a different room on front but they were I accommodating with that request. There was a lot of middle-of-the-night noise and banging on doors at 3am. The bed was comfortable but everything else was bad!!

cute but could use a little love
hotel was cute, the person at checkin was nice but on the phone from meeting till handing us the room keys. room was nice but a little dated and needs some love on minor repairs and some deep cleaning. a hole in the wall in the bathroom, dirty carpet, missing a towelbar in the shower etc. bed was kinda dipped in the middle and not comfortable. location was great, and woeth another stay though

Let down
Didn’t get to stay, the manager said his hotel was not affiliated with hotels.com and would not give us the room for the rate I reserved. My wife went to look at the room and it was dirty, dingy, smelled, holes in wall. I planned this trip months ago to be massively let down.

I was just passing by to Davenport. I don’t want to pay more for one night stay. I guess you pay for what you get. The place smells, the staff unfriendly, the lights burn out on the sink. It’s hard to put make up on without a light. There’s a smear of pooh on the bathroom door. I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out. He just looked at me like an idiot. Not going back there.

Miguel luna - July stay
It was a very pretty hotel but after we checked in I realized our room wasn’t accurate to the pictures thst we’re being showed, the room showed a in room jacuzzi and we did not have one, it’s not a complaint just a suggestion the room felt falsely advertised because we also did not have a pool so I would’ve made other arrangements if I knew.

Stayed there 2 nights.. hotel was outdated, pool looks like it hadn't been fill or used in a long time. Front door was broke so it wasn't secured, Didn't feel safe. Smelt like pot, Actually 2 guys next to our room we're smoking pot and got in a physical fight which lasted over a hour.. cops had to be called because they wouldn't leave after being kicked out. Wasn't worth the 100.00 a night

Bring Your Own Lampshade
This hotel is in major need of serious rehab. The photos in the listing at hotels.com are not indicative of what I saw in my room. First, the toilet never flushed. The bowl would fill up with water, but nothing went down. Disgusting. For that reason alone, I could not wait to get out of this hotel. Second, everything in my room other than the TV and the bedding was old. I mean old...decades old. The carpet, the particle board backsplash around the sink, the mirror...I was shocked at how old everything was. Then there's the light above the bed...no lampshade. There were also two cigarette burn marks on the bathtub in a no-smoking room. The burns may have been there for 30 or 40 years, who knows. All in all, OYO needs to step up their timeline on taking over this hotel and modernizing it, as my room looked absolutely nothing like all the photos of the rooms shown on this site. After taxes, it was less than $80 for a night, so that just goes to show - you get what you pay for. My recommendation is to ask to see your room before you pay as it may not be what you're expecting. Oh...and flush the toilet too...just to be sure.

3.75 stars (out of 5). The manager is very friendly and made my check-in itself very smooth. The slight problem was that i was on the second floor without an elevator. So I just grabbed what I needed for the night carrying it all in little trash bags. The rooms are a little dated and have the available plugs didn't work. There are several good things about this place: light in the tub/shower, a nice little sitting area on the second floor landing, i also the wide steps on the staircase (i wouldn't have been able to get up at all without them), also the little fridge was a big help too. Overall it is not too bad, especially for the price (½ to ¼ of a lot of the other hotels). I would recommend them with the above warning.
