Cockroach crawling at night. They claim has a gym-lie. Microwave broken in a week of stay blamed it to me. No cleaning free, claimed there's laundry-lie. Communication bouncing to each other to three people.

Nice Condo Complex

Nice place to stay out by SM Mall. It was a good value for the price. Not too much in the way of household items with the room. A bit of a trek into the city center. I would stay again for the nice condo complex.

We had to wait outside while waiting for the person on the PHONE to take our info. Took 30 minutes sitting there in the heat. Tgen they gave us a code and room but never told us how to get the key. The room was basic and just ok. Bathroom door handle was broken and taped. Pool looked nice. But if you want to take pictures with a camera you have to get written permission

No major issues. Very small. No room cleaning for a 3 week stay. Half the cabinets locked. Kitchen drawers wouldnt stay closed.and warped so cabinet door would open when drawer did. Closet doors not working so only half closet accessible. sleeps 4, but 1000php extra charge for 1 sheet and two towels for fold out couch for guests 3 and 4. AC is in the bedroom mounted next to your head when in bed. Less than 2 feet from your face. No air to rest of apt when bedroom door is closed. Very safe. Guards at entrance very polite.and professional. Guard at pool extremely rude and discriminatory. Enforcing rules against some.guests and not others. Great location. 5 min walk to mall. Was on 2nd floor so lot of road noise during the day. Quiet at night. Last day there, scheduled to leave at 930am. At 9 the door opens without warning or knock. Says she is the caretaker.and is there to clean the room. Overall, a decent place to stay for price and location

Liked the location. Liked the room and the safety that the location provided. Overall it was very nice for the price. My complaints are more to do with the lack of communication on how to check in. When I first booked I was sent an IM and asked to call to get check in directions. Never could get anyone. Finally we made arrangements (after multiple calls to Expedia and an email address being exchanged) for my fiance to go to the location and check in as my flight didn't arrive until midnight. She went to the guards as instructed at the time specified and no one knew a thing about it. Livid I had my fiance attempt to call again and they arranged to leave the keys in a mailbox. They really need to work on clear and precise check in instructions and set up a voice mail on the phone number they ask you to call and simply call back the next day and then be specific and give ALL details needed to check in. It was like pulling teeth to get clear instructions. Once in, all was fine. The owners never bothered us and did message and ask if we needed anything. Great overall just a really bad check in. Hopefully they have learned from this. Oh and one last thing. Switch your pillows to the end of the bed otherwise the AC will be blowing in your face and you will wake up with a scratchy throat. But for the money it is a nice place that is safe and great location right by the mall and a taxi is almost always waiting right outside the gate to take you anywhere you want to go.
