Fantastic staff and good breakfast. The location is perfect. Is it spotless? No. But if you want a "white glove" level of clean, go somewhere else and pay 5x the price. For a solid, well-located stay that won't break the bank, this is it.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a pleasant fragrance throughout the space. The front desk team, receptionists, and food service were all excellent—especially Ms. Luyen, the chef, who always took great care of me.The buffet is so amazing!
I would definitely return to this hotel if I have the chance to visit Ha Noi again.

The hotel was beautiful and the room very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and was served in a room with an amazing view of the city. The staff were attentive, friendly and gave us a lovely Lunar New Year gift when we were checking out. I only regret we could not stay there longer.
