The outdoor area for relaxing or eating g had leaves under the tables and the tables were dirty. Our room had a slider which had a shade that was broken and ripped. I had the man at the desk come and look at it so i wouldn’t be charged. As obviously they didn’t know of it. Our room wasn’t changed. "What a hidden gem! Sparkling clean. Beautifully decorated 150 year old inn. It's a couple miles from town and my husband was like where the heck did you book us!?! Are you sure about this!?! Then we turned the corner and saw the old inn and he was like Oh Wow! Owners were so friendly. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommended 🙂"

"This hotel experience was possibly my worst ever. The place is eerie. There are no people working there. Nobody, a virtual ghost town. I didn't know but it is a virtual hotel.The room smelled like rotten eggs, the blinds were broken and couldn't go up for daylight.It was like being in a horror movie. What if your toilet clogs ? NOBODY What is you need more toilet paper or more towels. NOBODY Leave your phone in the room with the code and need to get back in. NOBODY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE"
