「Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online.」

「The person at the desk was super helpful. The ice machine was broken so he got us some ice. The elevator was broken and being seniors and women he carried our 50lb suitcases up to floor 3. I don’t know what we would have done if he hadn’t helped us. It is an old building so can use some repairs but otherwise not bad. I would stay there again if tge elevator worked.」
