"This is a wonderful high-end hotel. It is centrally located in a very walk-able city. We were a very late check-in & bar was closing but they accommodated our bar visit for over an hour. The staff is outstanding. The concierge appears stiff but he is so excellent at his job. Our connecting river cruise had a mix-up and he worked with us until all was cleared up all the while calming our nerves. He is quite the gem. We did not have breakfast as we chose to enjoy the wonderful pastries offered in the city. The room was exceptionally comfortable, bed linens fabulous, very clean with large bathroom"

"The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, and we appreciated the provision of shampoo and body wash, which helped conserve luggage space. Additionally, the room featured a modern television and a stylish decor. "

"Great location - next to the train station: easy to get to airport or to take a train to a destination point. Also, not too far away from historical center. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was also good. Blanket was a bit surprising - too small even for one. Staff on reception were nice and helpful. The only cons is that the hotel is cashless - one needs to report in the bank about each beer taken in the bar. "
