「This hotel is the definition of false advertising. It is marketed as a luxury all-inclusive resort, but in reality it's more of a "some-inclusive" hotel, you never know what's included and what isn't, and nobody clearly explains it. We booked a Junior Suite with a "jetted tub." There was no jetted feature at all, just a tub with the jetted feature not working. 「Definitely wouldn’t classify this hotel as a 5 star. Although some staff were lovely, there wasn’t much incentive or effort with service. Upon arrival our shower was dirty with sand/dirt. Steep hills and there weren’t always buggy’s available. But again it’s pretty much down to service staff are very nonchalant.」
