「Our apartment was perfect: very clean inside, two bathrooms, everything worked perfect, beds very comfortable, inside the ancient walls and easy to get to everything. The only minor issues were first entering the steps up were dirty and then the door lock was fussy. But then walking in was perfect and I have no problem giving 5 stars.」

「beautifully restored, very comfortable, just a few rooms and guests. Very quite. Rooms were lovely and well appointed.
Just a couple of comments, the curtains were very hard to pull/close and the music system for the restaurant was just under the window of our room. It is portable and could be moved around the corner.

「We booked a room with balcony and stayed for 2-night.
The room has a very comfy design and is maintained in good condition. Everyday they arrange room clean-up.
The Scalini Palace is located in an excellent location, very close to the Main Street, taking us just a few steps to Stradun. It’s esp convenient if you want to take nice photos of old town in very early morning.
No lift, same as many other hotels/apartments in the old town, so you have to walk upstairs to the floor you stay....

「I had a wonderful stay at La Vita e Bella in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. My room (Room 1 at La Vita e Bella IV) was recently renovated, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. It had a small espresso maker with pods, a teapot, a tiny safe, and even fresh fruit. 「Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. There's a view of the tower from the window. The giant soaking tub was a nice bonus. We stayed here for eleven nights. Half those nights there were large concerts in the Stradun (including on New Years Eve), but with the windows closed we slept through the noise.
