"I had a very frustrating experience I booked through Expedia. I was charged $63 more at the hotel than what I was originally quoted, which is unacceptable. For that price, I could have stayed at Hilton instead. What’s even more concerning is that when I repeatedly asked for an explanation, no one could give me a clear or consistent answer. This lack of transparency feels very unprofessional and, frankly, shady. I would appreciate a clear breakdown of these extra charges and an explanation for the discrepancy."

Upon check out I went over to get three coffees for my family but had my hands full and the front desk guy (forgot his name) came over with a small box and helped pack them up for me. Just so thoughtful and helpful."

"When we arrived the whole building smelled like septic… our room was never cleaned for the 2 days we were there. We had to ask for additional towels. The only great thing was the front desk the staff, they were pleasant and accommodating. James was so professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were near another person in our party."
