「Canceled my room and blamed 3rd party Expedia stating that card declined which was not true!! The hotel was over booked and instead of calling to confirm my arrival time, I’m sure they sold my reservation to someone else. Horrible experience as the receptionist argued in front of a packed lobby and began to humiliate stating if you have no money then your card declines!! Embarrassing to say the least and had to find another hotel in a panic as we travelled 3 hours and had early games for tourney...

「This was our second or third time staying here and it was always a pleasure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It really makes a difference these days. They made sure the breakfast stayed fresh and replenished for all guest. We were always greeted when entering or exiting the premises.」

「Check-in was easy except it was pouring down rain and the person on shift or an owner was parked under the covered area, so I had to get out in the rain during a storm. Overall, the property was ok for a cheap place to stay one night. The checkout process was poor. Showed they opened for breakfast at 7 but at 8:15 I had to ring the bell multiple times for someone to come to the outside window because the main door was locked. Once they answered, you could tell that they were still in bed asleep...

「My only complaint is that we stayed a total of 5 nights, 4 people. We had 3 towels, no bedding for couch. Asked for bedding. Then never even got a touch up clean while there. No towels offered arc. I ended up piling all our trash outside the door multiple times, towels etc. I went down to janitor room and asked for more. Said she’d be down later. Never happened so I went back to janitor room and got towels, blankets, toilet paper since we were out and trash bags. I get it . Hotel doesn’t clean...

「I was absolutely harassed by the lady at the front desk. I was on my period and bled a little bit on the sheet and she literally threatened me and said I had to pay her that she was calling the police on me and was gonna file a report, she then proceeded to lie and said that I broke the TV and when she opened the door, the TV fell off the wall, which was a complete lie. I will never be staying here again.」
