"The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge along with General Manager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all. "Another great stay in a Taj property where staff delivers attentive service and makes your stay comfortable. Clean rooms, lovely facilities, great choice for breakfast. The hotel is walking distance from the Victoria memorial and the metro station on the blue line. It is however regrettable that maintenance falls behind in places which is unfortunately a let down in a hotel of its class. "
