They charged us $400 to do a load of laundry. They weren't clear about how much it would cost up from and this was the result. Disgusting."

"Good value for money for a quick stay"

"The room was big but was sparsely furnished. The door conditioner worked well but was a bit noisy. The two main things I did not like was there were no towels, no drinking water, and no kettle to heat water. I'm sure I could have gone down and asked for these things but it was after midnight when I checked in and I had to get up early the next morning. There was no phone in the room."
