"Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days.
