"Whereas this is definitely a budget property, it was in excellent condition. Zero maintenance issues that i could see, all of the furniture appeared to be new and it was very clean! AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. Best of all was the plethora of green areas for walking the dog. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again!"

"Had one of the best life experiences. With reservation and after a long day, we arrived almost at midnight to check in. Around 10 were next to the building’s door drinking, smoking and had high volume music. At check in, we were told the room was dirty, the receptionist was kind to drop tasks, grabbed a mop and went to get it cleaned. Waiting, we met a cop that was excited to have a side hustle providing security to the hotel. He explained the people outside had no place to live, therefore lived...

"I think it's a great hotel. Not bad at all...There's some things I'd change if it were up to me, but like the parking needs to be closer I think (it's close enough though). Not too bad of an area...Room seemed clean enough, with dents and dings here and there...I'd go again! And yes, they do leave the light on for you.."
