Was traveling to South Dakota and just wanted clean, safe,affordable accommodations for the night. This motel was exactly what I needed. Staff was great as well.

Crappy service

When we checked in they said we can’t have visitors. Then he came to our room and told us they couldn’t stay no longer than 25 mins he was rude and then this morning he came knocking on our door after we clearly told him we just wanted the room for one night had me open the door to check and see if it was just me and my man and then asked if we was staying another night or checking out

We had reservations and I put down I have a service dog. When we got there we were told no dogs. This is a violation of the ADA. We ended up having to find another room at 11pm.

It was an old smelling hotel. It was a cheap stay. You get what you pay for. The staff was friendly and the bedding was clean.

This is the worst hotel I ever been to I will never reserve a room there the bed was a queen n not a king I spoke to the manager about the room he said that was the only room he had he told me he would give my money back n he did accept $7.00 he kept for what reason I don’t know but I would like to get my $7.00 back have a wonderful day

The room was dirty. Behind the bathroom door was hair and what appeared to be ashes. My husband and i had to share the one towel and washcloth. The floor was very unlevel. Not a good choice.

arrived around 6:30 PM - The girl behind the front desk was not very knowledgeable I got a room that had filthy sheets bedspread bed bugs No hot water the one towel and one washcloth were filthy and I also had cockroaches No hot water the one towel and one washcloth were filthy and I also had cockroachesI went and asked for a refund but got a different room but I already was freaked out I slept for a little bit got up took a shower and left

Would not recommend to anyone

First of all I had a reservation through hotel.com. Have never had a problem doing it through this site. When I arrived the hotel informed me that it was going to be $5 more a night. I know that it does not seem like much but when you arrive you expect to pay the price that was given to you. But after that things just got worse the room seemed to be all right, but over the time we were there I discovered many places that were not clean including a couple of spots in the bathroom where it looked like blood was on the wall. Also when I went to go put some stuff up in the drawers I discovered someone else's clothes already there. All this leads me to wonder if they even bothered to clean the room at all. There is one thing I know for sure, and that is I will never stay here again..

In covid-19 conditions, have to ring bell for service, seems like only one staff member working , who was away getting a meal at the time of check-in, waited about 10 minute,s , still no one at front desk, was ready to leave elsewhere, when staff member appeared with bag of food. In early morning, discovered several bugs in room as well as one on the bed.

Disappointed no hot water, shower head flew off and hit me. Lights in the room don't work mold on ceiling in shower. Will never go back to this hotel should be removed from Expedia. I really feel I am owed a refund. Go somewhere else if you have any other options. Sleeping in the car would be recommend before you stay here.
