Best Western Dalton hotels

"The person who received me for check-in was not friendly at all. I had requested an early check-in, and I understand that sometimes it may not be possible, but the person seemed very uninterested in trying to help. Even when the check-in time was already very close, they were not willing in any way to try to speed up the process. I did not find the service friendly at all. Also, I chose to stay at this hotel because of the pool, and it was not working. I did not see any notice about this when I made the reservation."
