"Rating: 1/5 Stars The Good: The only saving grace of this stay was the mattress, which was surprisingly comfortable. The Bad: Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a letdown. While the lobby looks updated, it’s a "smoke and mirrors" situation; the actual property is in poor shape and functions like an old-school motel with outdoor room entries. This requires keeping your shades bolted shut at all times if you want any semblance of privacy. Room Quality & Cleanliness: Hygiene: Found dark hairs in the sink upon arrival—definitely not cleaned properly. Air Quality: As a non-smoker, the night was miserable. The in-wall HVAC units pull air directly from the outdoor walkway, meaning I smelled cigarettes and weed most of the night. Breakfast: Extremely limited. If you don't want a waffle or juice, you’re out of luck. Service: Check-out was impersonal and ghost-town style; I had to leave my key in a basket because no staff was present. Verdict: Save your money and look elsewhere in Dalton. The comfortable bed doesn't make up for the lack of cleanliness and the constant smell of smoke."
