Broken electrical components in my room. Dangerous!!!! No working A/C or heating. Water either too hot scalding or too cold, inconsistent and annoying to take a shower. Never again!

Great stay, as always. I particularly enjoy the facilities and the rooms which are of a good standard and include a fridge to cool your drinks. I am mentioning this because I've come across some other hotels recently that did have a fridge in the room. Gym and sauna in the basement a definite bonus. ...
