「Omg the property (INSIDE) was extremely gorgeous, love it. The outside however…this property is sandwiched between residential homes and across the street from a school. The view from my room was…laughable honestly. I open the curtains & to my surprise it’s someone’s home with beat up broken down cars in the yard and CHICKENSSS roaming free lol. 」

「This was a great property for us germophobic people on a budget. Very clean. I do not like staying at hotels for cleanliness reasons. The first thing I do when looking for a hotel is check the cleanliness reviews. Because the reviews were good, I gave this hotel a try. It delivered. The one disappointing factor was that the health department closed the pool. That was concerning. I likely wouldn't have stayed here if I knew that. Health Dept closing anything gives us germaphobes anxiety....

「Family friendly, close to a few restaurants, clean, and we loved having a kitchen. Staff was very friendly! 」

「Told them it was our 10 year anniversary but they did not seem to care. No room upgrade, no champagne in the room, and not a free anything. Could have given a voucher for a free drink at the bar, but didnt. There was free wine in the room but thats customary and not an extra. They do not tell you they charge for the wine opener and it was hard to tell what was free and what wasnt. Did I get charged for the slippers or the wine cork, etc.? The valet was pushy for tips 」

「My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we were met with so much respect, care and love from every member of the staff. Jade was especially helpful at the front desk, and made our stay seamless. The valet professionals were very kind and welcoming. The food was delicious, the pool was clean and nice, the room was comfortable and unique. We just had the best time! Thank you x 10000000 !! We will be back :)」

「Everything was good, except people who paid for rooms,also had to pay $20 a day for parking, plus $80 deposit that supposed to be refunded after stay.Other then that,the stay was nice.」

「Our stay was lovely, but not one that is reflective of a stay at a "JW," rather than a regular Marriott. It was the little things, like providing paper cups in the room rather than real cups/mugs, no minibar, also the upholstery and carpeting was subpar, they felt cheap, not something that a top tier hotel would have. We did enjoy the beautiful rooftop downtown view.」

「Being greeted with my name on the TV made me happy. The beds were very comfy, and I had a good night's sleep. The fact that there big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand and body creams is honestly very generous. I really appreciated my stay here」
