We landed in DFW, I checked my itinerary and found the confirm# but no phone or how to contact to pick us up. I looked it up, the male person in a non-friendly voice said you've called the wrong# and gave me another. I called it and was again told rather abruptly, wrong#, call this one. I called and had a hard time understanding her she said she'd call me back (that was a good thing). I gave her the info I had which I did have my confirm#, I was at "parking terminal D and a 40, but I don't know where I am. After a bit of back & forth I became quite frustrated and hungup. I called back and the male answered was abrupt. I told him what my problem was and the info I had. He told me it wasn't what he needed and I needed to tell him exactly what he wanted and how. Ahhh. I hungup again and now I was in an unknown city/place and no one being helpful. I called and got another place to stay. La Quinta. They gave me the local# for La Quinta, I gave the exact same I don't know info and she said SURE, we can pick you up in 15min. Then we got into the shuttle and the guy was, I don't think I'm the one to pick you up, no worries, we'll figure it out and he did. Once I no longer was talking to Wingate but other companies, they were polite, helpful, considerate, comforting advising they would help me. And they did.
Plus I love the fact that you have NO idea I didn't stay there and you've got my money for extremely horrible customer service.
