Really the only complaint we had was the bathtub had not been thoroughly cleaned. When my husband got in the shower, there was a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod from the previous guest. After that I felt like the whole place was dirty. The continental breakfast wasn’t the best either. Half the stuff didn’t work or they were out of and we were there at 7:30 after it opened at 7. The hot tub jets were working but the water was cold. I would not stay here again.

On the bed, only one thin bed sheet was provided. The pictures on the website show a full hot breakfast…this is a lie, only eggs are provided. Customer service is lacking…not very friendly. I won’t be coming back.

It depends which room you get. We cycled through three rooms; only the last one was decent. The bright spot was the housekeeping staff, who worked hard to help us. The first room they gave us was uninhabitable. It wasn't made up, it was musty, there was floor-drying equipment in the entryway, and some fixtures were dismantled. We got a different room right away. (The night front desk person isn't a super friendly person, btw.) The 2nd room, which we stayed in for one night, was bad. The A/C didn't work (so we were too hot), we found and killed a cockroach, it was noisy, the tile on the bathroom floor was cracked and loose, the carpet was stained, and there were no extra chairs. It didn't have the sofabed we reserved. The 3rd room, which we stayed in for two nights, was good. If this had been the room we got in the first place, I would've said this was a fine hotel. We got this room because we asked for some chairs for the 2nd room, and after describing our problems, the housekeeper immediately said we should move. The day manager was polite enough, but one ding against him is that he said the new room would be ready in 20m, so we hung around; but it took an hour to get ready. We'd have done it differently if we'd known. Last ding: The breakfast is supposed to go until 9:00, but they run out of food by 8:30 and pack up then, instead of putting out more food. So, they tried to make it right and 2 of 3 nights were good. -2 stars for that first night and missing breakfast.

Unbelievably bad service and dilapidated room. Started by asked if we could leave our bags at the bag check. They said they didn't have one (I've never stayed at a hotel that does not). At the room once we checked in, discovered cracked tiles in the bathroom, a badly dripping tub with two long, dark hairs plastered in the tub. Black mold smeared on the bathroom wall. Microwave had a missing knob. The sofa bed had a dirty, torn up pink Disney Princess sheet on it. None of the beds had blankets/comforters. Just sheets. Called down to see if they had blankets and clean sheets for the sofa bed. They said, "Yeah" and said nothing else. I responded, "So do I have to come down and get them?" The response was, "Yeah." And that was it. The three blankets were all different. The pillows too were gross and filled with gray fluffy stuff and were also all different. I think management gets their sheets, blankets, and pillows from Goodwill. The blankets were just worn down throws - like you might keep on the couch - not on your bed. But it gets worse: there was a thunderstorm our second night there and the water just POURED in through cracks in the paint above the AC unit. I called and said I needed towels and they told me I could come get them. They seemed unconcerned about the leak. The "breakfast" was awful. Gross eggs and inedible sausage one day. No milk, butter, and only 1 of 3 cereals available. Staff just said they wouldn't have any more, despite being out the day before too. Awful

Before choosing a motel, think twice before booking this property. The staff is terrible, they just want to charge you again, so they don’t have to pay Expedia fees. They refused to look at my receipt and insulted me and my wife with vulgarities. Expedia confirmed booking was accepted and still did nothing. Think twice. Threatened to throw us out of motel…

Quick trip to Dallas
Went on a short family trip and booked a night, lights did not have bulbs and no tv remote. Got remote from front desk but did not work so noticed tv not plugged in or cable, plugged in and had to turn tv on manually but no signal. Found dirty towels in bathroom and open cookie package on bed headboard. Blood stains on carpet from bed to bathroom, will not use again

A staff, but it’s in a room as I’m finished with the air conditioning expose the outside, then put us in another room in which housekeeping did a poor job. There wasn’t an ice bucket in the room, and when we asked the person at the desk for one, she said, sorry I don’t know what to tell you. On the second day housekeeping, only replenished our towels and did nothing else in the room.

The girl at the front desk wiped plaque and blood on to my drivers license and debit card. The staff places glass in the hand towels and blood on my dry cleaning. DO NOT STAY HERE

You get what you pay for.
When we arrived the person at the desk did not greet us and was unfriendly. Our room key didn't work. Went back down stairs and received no apology. When you walked in the room it's difficult to turn on a light into the back half of the room. The AC would not turn on. No I did not call the unfriendly girl downstairs. I tried to to unplug the unit but the outlet had no cover and the whole thing pulled out of the wall. Several outlets had no cover. Exposed wires hung from the ceiling. Some kind of smoke alarm was disconnected. Mattress had a bed cover on it. It slid around on the base as we sat on it. All around the room was evidence of reattaching the wall-to-wall at the carpet line. Several places on the wall and doors show smears of things. We had no blanket and the pillows were incredibly thin. We didn't try the breakfast so I can't speak to that.
