My only 2 compliments is how the small the pool actually was compared to pictures, and the breakfast, I'm a big breakfast eater and they only had scrambled eggs and sausage patties and cereal or toast for the ones who don't like a sweet breakfast. But if you prefer pancakes precooked and waffles everyday then your set!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. It’s really nice. The rooms are very nice. I did take off one star because the indoor pool was extremely cold, I was expecting it to be heated. The juice machines were down and there was nothing to drink with breakfast. The selections for breakfast was also pretty scarce. Also, the tub in my room was chipped a little bit and peeling. Other than that, I would definitely stay again. It’s a nice property and pretty convenient!

staff was nice and accommodating for early check in, upon check in we realized refrigerator was broken. we had it replaced and seemed to have minimal problems afterwards. the property was decently quiet, breakfast was alright. not the best i’ve seen but it was free. parking was easy to access. pool however was something we were looking forward too and it was too cold to even swim in. would consider returning in the future, vut wouldn’t book if looking to use pool.

We stayed during a cheerleading convention so it may be the cause, but there werent very many towels ans the indoor pool was so cold my childrens lips were blue. Overall it was a good experience for our family and the price was fair.

I will be reaching out to management. Terrible stau, very disappointed. My Entire stay, my roon was never touched, bed never made, trash on the floor. The phone was broken, I had to hold the cord in socket to call front desk. Front desk never answer. TV wasnt initially working, wifi kept going out. I could not work. Fridge also broken. Homeless person staying in lobby restroom. I am very disappointed.

Roaches on the head board, people smoking weed in the parking lot behind the hotel, room had a moldy smell. The breakfast is sorry, wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

This hotel had some questionable people. Quite a few homeless people in the lobby and the building was not secured at all. You could just hop in the elevator and go to any floor. The staff was nice and the room was clean.

Our stay was amazing. This property has a great staff. The hotel is centrally located and has a large breakfast selection. The indoor pool is heated and well maintained. We will most definitely stay here again.

On a terrible side of town. I was not told I’d be charged an additional $50 deposit by Expedia but I was still charged it. It was charged $168.45 for a $88 hotel stay in the ghetto

The lobby is clean and breakfast is mediocre and basic. I was on floor 3, there was a flicking light, what appeared to be Clorox stains on the carpet in the hall, and the hall floor had trash. My room door was hard to push open from the outside and slammed really hard, but wouldn’t close without pushing it from the inside. I don’t think the heat was working. The hotel is around the corner from a convenience store and there was a lot of trash at the parking lot entrance. The hotel is on the same lot as another hotel and motel 6 (which had a lot of people doing some things…if you catch my drift). The hotel does have security, so that’s a plus. It was loud when I was there from 1/17-1/20 from the slamming doors, people running and/or jumping, and kids. Just be safe when you go. It is convenient to the expressway.
