Great apartment but beware of parking
The apartment was amazing and pleasantly surprised at size and amenities provided. It was all great until we went to leave. My husband had left the parking pass on the console, not the dash and our car got a boot overnight. Which is ridiculous as you need a fob to open the gate to get in to the garage. It cost us $100 and an extra hour to return the boot. No help from property or management.

I loved staying here! It was a ton of room and everything was clean. It was so nice to have a kitchen while traveling and they had everything we needed. Also, it was so nice to have secure and easy to find parking at our place. Another pro was the gym, it was perfect! 10/10 would stay here again!

Two night stay.
The overall stay was great yet the two twin beds were quite wobbly. The king bed was a bit wobbly yet not as bad as the two twins. I believe the frames need to be upgraded. It was great to have a lot of room for my two kids under 4 and a full size fridge for all the snacks they need. The parking was very easy and the communication was excellent. This was the first time I hav used a virtual check in yet it was so simple and easy. Anytime I had a question, I had an answer within a minute through their text option. Highly recommend staying with Kasa Greenville.

The apartment was quite nice. I liked the fact that it was very animal friendly. The parking situation is nice as well. I didn’t like that I was not able to open the balcony. It seemed the lock was broken. The garbage disposal in the sink was not working as well. Overall the whole experience was nice I do recommend this place. It is a little on the pricey side though.

What unfolds?
The fold out couch in the living room was filthy. Crumbs and old sheets from the last stay were balled up in the bed once we u folded the couch. Which made me question the cleanliness of the property.

The place is huge and beautiful, but it was too complicated to find our way around without help, and the staff was not very helpful and not even very nice. They came off as impatient with us. Poor communication about what restaurants and food service options were NOT available.

The property felt very safe and quiet and private. There were some extra details to obtain the underground parking, but it was worth it. So safe and convenient to simply take the elevator down to our car. The apartment was comfortable and well-stocked. Everything we needed was included, and communication was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was nice to be able to relax in an apartment like atmosphere. The parking garage & elevator phobe was a little confusing without having directions. We never did figure out why we were given a parking pass.

Nice stay!
The apartment is new, clean and comfortable. Lots of nice amenities and a full kitchen. My only issue was checking in and parking. The info provided gives the impression you can park in the complex's garage, but I couldn't get access in. I parked on the street, which was fine. Overall nice stay and I'll certainly return.

Just what we needed
Excellent apartment with everything my family needed for our staycation/vacate our home for flooring repairs. Apartment complex was quite, unit was clean, and we were comfortable our entire stay.
