Our stay was decent overall, but there were a few issues. There was ongoing interior construction in the hotel lobby, front entrance, and by the elevator throughout the weekend. We were not informed about this beforehand, which was disappointing, and the actual appearance of the hotel was noticeably different from what was shown online. There was also an unpleasant smell by the elevator.
The staff was generally very nice. However, there was an incident where the icemaker on our floor was beeping loudly for most of the night. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told that nothing could be done until the manager arrived at 10 PM, which made it difficult for us to rest before our next event.
Additionally, we did not receive towel service for the first two days and had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels ourselves. Considering how much we spent on our stay, we would have appreciated a heads-up about the construction and better attention to guest comfort.
