Check in was great. However, it went downhill from there. When we entered our room, there was no remote for the curtains, so we had to leave them open. We then decided to turn on the tv, it turned on but did little else. We couldn't change the channel. Three adults were stuck watching Kung Fu Panda instead of the news.

Front desk person was a bit inexperienced and rude.
Was staying here to attend my sister’s funeral. At check-in I’m told I have no reservation. Show the clerk my email confirmation. He already checked someone else in under my name. Took him an hour to straighten everything out. Very frustrating and added to an already horrible situation.

This was my first stay at this Holiday Inn I must say we had 2 check in issues and the yoing lady at the ftont desk got them corrected real quick upgraded rooms I will be staying here again everything was good great service

The front desk and breakfast workers were very friendly and helpful. The place is falling apart. One elevator worked and that was questionable as it sounds like a rocket ship. The toe shelf in the shower was coming off, as was the bar on the sliding door. The handle on the wall of the elevator was also coming off. There is only two hotels in Forney-Please fix this place up !

The sweet lady at the front desk was amazing! She always put a smile on our faces and was so cheerful. My daughter even said after we got 10 miles down the road "I didn't get to tell her goodbye!"

We came in, slept, and left - but everything seemed just fine for our short 6 hour stay. Shower was hot. Bed was comfy. Check in was easy. Weird thing was that the door was ajar when we got to our room and it smelled like someone had used the toilet for a BM when we got there. Hence the lower score for cleanliness.
At check in and check out they were very friendly, kind host. Breakfast was good. It was out of stock very quickly. They had one elevator down, which was not a problem for me. It wasn’t busy enough to need Two. Room was clean, hall was clean, kitchen-dining area was clean, it was a good stay.
There was a weird smell in the room and in the hallway in the entire floor

Amazing staff members checked me in quickly and the room was perfect! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
