Second afternoon of the stay the in room internet would not work. Called the front desk. Staff said the maintenance man was gone for the day and I would have to wait until sometime the following morning. I explained that I would be checking out the following morning. After approximately 20 minutes later the front desk called the room and said I could try reaching behind the TV and unplugging and plugging back in the electronics. This really felt like Motel 6. No offense to Motel 6.

Nice overnight stay
Hotel and room was very nice. Could not hear the highway at night. Wish there were more pillows since we had two to a bed and threw pillows a bed. Pillows were fairly flat but the bed was otherwise comfortable. Easy to get to airport.

I don’t like that I was not issued a refund for a room I did not stay in. Booked a room for the wrong date and tried to get a refund well over 2 weeks in advance but I did not.

I loved this property, the staff was accommodating and inviting. Housekeeping provided me with extra sheets and asked if I needed them to put them on the bed. The front staff allowed me to check in early because my room was ready when I arrived. That was so helpful because due to work, I was living out of a van and was exhausted. The room was clean and had a minimalist design, in which I loved..I hate excessive furnishings in hotel rooms. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but the eggs were delicious. The roll up blinds had a beautiful design on them which helped with privacy while filtering light. The curtains blocked all outsidelight and sun.. Surprisingly I did not hear the airplanes or traffic, as it is not far from the airport and is right off of the expressway. There are tons of fast food and fine dining choices in the area. Also there are stores galore. My only complaint is that when I turned on my faucet, I could hear some knocking from pipes. This is not a deterrent because I would stay here again. In fact, I liked it so much I joined Bonvoy- Marriott Club because plan on booking again if in the area, so might as well receive points 😊. Lastly, this is a newer hotel and when you open the room door the air is very telling of such.

Excellent hotel! Only problem is no built-in plugs for electronics! That alone dates a very upgraded hotel. Beds were good and staff extremely friendly and professional!!

Clean & Spacious
Pros: clean, quiet, and spacious room and bathroom; easy to find and park; superhot water for bath; fast internet; friendly staff... Cons: no tissue box; noisy AC; mattress--too soft; room lighting -- a bit dark; no complimentary water ($3 for a small water bottle) Yes, I'd stay here again if the price is right.
