Torn shades, subpar air conditioning, smelly hallway, carpet, bathroom showerhead rusty and broken, constant noise-sounded like trapped wind in the ceiling-kepr us up all night. Abandoned front counter both times I approached. I had to say "hellooooooo" I'm never returning. This is the worst comfort suites I have stayed at.

I was very impressed with their customer service, I called the front desk and the agent came up to my room and brought me a replacent for an iron that was not working and helped me out

I found that the rooms look old because of the wear on the tubs around the tub area around the baseboards area it just look old. Also there was a lot of dust like on the lamps and TV area the beds were clean but some areas could be better!!
