Sauna didn't work. I selected this hotel because of the sauna. What a disappointment. I informed it right away ... the worst part if that they told me it would take 1 month for part to arrive. Today 5/19/24 more than a month has passed and I have booked another room. When I called to make sure it was fixed they said it wasn't! As the interested party, unfortunately, i'm trying to talk to maintenance dept to get it fixed. Isn't this something they should be doing themselves.

It was not too far to drive from our house as we were there for a conference. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I wish Starbucks would have been open later.

We paid for an Executive Room and were given the tiniest room they had. Expedia and the hotel would not give us any kind of credit. Very unfair and disappointing because it was a mother/daughter day out and they were expecting to have an area for playing games and spreading out a little.

The room was great. Bed was comfortable and clean. Only downside was the hallways were freezing but the room wasn’t so it didn’t really bother me much.

Did not have the best experience with the bartender/breakfast personnel. The ladies cooking were great, but, but the gentleman was rude, and not helpful at all with locating things needed to eat. The check-out staff was rude, and not professional. The check-in staff Olivia, was great!

The property had a lot of parking space. I did not like how I had to flush the toilet 2x each use, maybe it needed more water pressure. I also did not like how the hotel room did not get as cold as I would’ve liked. It seemed like only the fan was working.

There was little to no hot water for washing hands/face and shower. When mentioned this during check out, the person at the front desk offered a free coffee. Secondly, the TV would turn off or go blank during the course of a show. I am assuming the TV was motion censored but it would have been nice to be warned about it and provided instructions on how to turn off this feature.

This property is dated (the baseboards are coming away from the walls in several areas) but the overall cleaniness & attention to detail is outstanding. The TWO things keeping this from being a glowing review were the breakfast buffet (underwhelming, unseasoned, cold, & overpriced) and the bar - a moscow mule is supposed to be made w/ ginger beer not ginger ale. If the bartender didn't have ginger beer, he should have asked before substituting for ginger ale. Also, teach your bartenders how to make a sazerac!

Good restaurants. But hotel needs repairs/updating--but if the room is cheap enough, it can be a good bargain--especially if you want in-hotel dining options. Restaurants aren't cheap, but have some reasonably priced options.

Hotel is in a good location. The bar is nice, perfect for the end of day cocktail. rooms are quiet, the staff kept our room nice and tidy.

Staff is absolutely amazing
This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in. The staff is extremely friendly and very very helpful. Even when we have our little Yorkies, they always make me feel so welcome and I love the hotel's vibe. It's super close to everything that I want to do in that area. But I do have to say that the carpets need to be deep cleaned or replaced because they do feel a little sticky to the feet if you're not wearing socks. And the air conditioner wasn't working very well so my husband had to open the vent and take out the air filter because it was so clogged, it hasn't been changed since 2022, and the air conditioner coils were so caked up with lint and dirt that I know it hasn't been cleaned or maintenance, but once we got that taken out, the air started flowing/working on its own a little more. But other than that, we love the area and this hotel and we will be back because it's super comfy and feels like home.

Nicer than I thought for the price, $97 for a Friday night. Lobby is large with ample seating area. Looks like there were a couple of weddings or events happening the while we were there, yet the property was still quiet. Wasn’t sure if they offered valet, but they didn’t while we were there. You’re allowed to park in the marked “valet” spots if valet service is not offered. Otherwise there is plenty of parking in the garage next door.

Expedis’s rating for this property is inaccurate. It is very run down. dirty, old furniture, needs paint, new wallpaper, clogged drain, etc. This hotel is in need of a full restoration.

Jessica at the front desk was awesome. The Starbucks cafe at the hotel is terrible, The barista told me no espresso drinks could be made, So I ordered a coffee asked for half and half which he said we only have milk. When I was leaving told him “ Thank you “ He he said nothing back. In our room we were left only decaffeinated coffee, Called and was told some regular coffee would be delivered to our room, No one ever showed up. Nice clean rooms. But definitely need some improvements
