"Needed a stay for 1 night while on the road. Booked online. Arrivedto check in, staff member was on the phone. He didn't acknowledge my arrival, and, once iff the phone, continued working at his desk. 2 men arrived, and with that, staff member got up to assist them first, but they stated that i was ahead of them.
