"Water was terrible they replaced the boiler and we were out of water for awhile then there was sand in the water never told us if the water was safe are not bath rooms needed a better cleaning no vacuuming in your room if you ask for your room to be cleaned all they do is straighten your bed and put new towels and empty trash to me that is not cleaning the room they should vacuum and clean the bathroom so I give them a 3 on cleaning"

"The room was dirty. Had bottles of lubricant under the mattress. They moved us to a different room. Not cleaned. Full of dog hair. Dirt everywhere. Mold in bathroom. TV didn't work right. Stains on bed sheets. Not a good experience. If there was time and rooms available elsewhere, we would have gone there. Disappointing to say the least."

"Everything was quick and easy. Staff was kind and considerate. Breakfast, standard fare, clean and plenty. If wanting a late check out, be sure to request front desk to write that on your room info for morning housekeeping to know not to open your door."
