"Hotel was ok, can do with a repaint Defo a 3 star hotel. Safe didn't work, room floor was sticky, toilet lid was broken, corridors were nice and wide , also very clean, the hotel is in a good location, right beside the shopping mall, which has many food places and a cinema which we used. Staff were very accommodating with our tranfer back to the airport. Overall stay not bad, small fixes will make this a good hotel."

"No room service (I did know prior to going although i did read that food was to be delivered however when i arrived i took a long nap and woke up at 8pm and found out that no restaurant was available except a fast food shop that brought disgusting food to my room) No water bottles only water thermos that had dirty water in it. No laundry service. Towels where disgusting. The paper sign on my toilet seat that said that “the toilet seat was disinfected for my safety” was dirty. No hot water....

"The reception does not take non-Indian citizen guests, even those arriving with prepaid reservations. Nothing is mentioned on the listing about this. Hotel does not reply to any inquiries and the listed phone number is not correct. Expedia also does not refund the booking. So the hotel gets to keep all of the money no matter whether the guest stays there or not. Be warned!"

"It was a horrible experience,very very dirty Worst to the core. No AC,no TV. Bed spread Etc were stale and smelly. House keeping worst.wash room , commode I really don’t know when it was cleaned,no hot water,water clogging during shower I don’t recommend any one to stay even for free. I wasted 18k for 3 horrible nights. I didn’t even try complimentary BF, supposed to be poha outsourced from somewhere. However, I was refunded 100/- per day per person, on request. "

A good family stay
"Staff in the breakfast area were lovely and so helpful. Staff at reception were brilliant when it came to helping us arrange our airport shuttle and getting all our luggage loaded into the cars. Cleanliness of the room could have been better. Bathroom floor was never really cleaned properly during our 3night stay, plus drainage smell from the toilet. "
