A good place to stay within town center area, you are literally in the center. Breakfast buffet is great and of good quality ingredients. Pool is cool with a good size. Rooms are a bit small (igloo like rooftop), with an yet functioning TV and AC. Rooms were of average cleanness, bathroom was clean, with no hand soups or shampoo, just a wall-mounted gel dispenser (that's a con). Another major con for me was the low room lighting, i had only one side-bed working light, the other was broken, therefore, it was like a candle only after sunset in my igloo :D Overall, it's a good stay and experience, I recommend for people who want to enjoy different town night activities and be near to everything.

Suffered from political/ecomomic circumstances

A lovely hotel in a convenient location. Unfortunately, the drop in tourism due to the political climate and over cautious Home Office alert level has meant cuts had to be made. The new British manageress is doing a sterling job against heavy odds. Prior to her arrival, it had been left to 6 young male staff to run so lacked the watchful eye of a professional manager/ess. Thus, details had been over-looked, e.g. decaying sun-umbrella sitting abandoned on a terrace, wobbly loo seats, soap dispenser refills etc. That said, I think she'll soon have it licked into shape.

Landmark hotel with the best bar in town

Super location, very friendly staff, nice pool. We had loads of fun and did lots of "chilling" while in Dahab altogether, and at Nesima in particular. In a nutshell go for it any day!
