"I was expecting to be charmed by this hotel but was disappointed. The furniture was quite worn, the room was small, and at breakfast the eggs were cold even though I was one of the first to arrive. The breakfast pastries were not fresh, though the goat cheese was excellent. The hotel is very well situated in the upper town and this makes it convenient to visit the attractions there. But I would not return to this particular hotel."

"Great location only a short drive from Disney parks.The pool is fantastic. Onsite shop good for basics such as milk, butter, bread, fruit and salad veg (we bought items such as cereal, teabags etc from home) Would recommend. We stayed 2 nights on room only basis before our Disney package which worked well."

"The property was far better than I imagined, it was huge, beautiful inside and the outside space was so peaceful! There was just one of the cupboards that was not cleaned properly, other than that it was spotless! It’s unfortunate that the communication is so poor, they speak barely any English, which is absolutely no issue, as my French isn’t great either, but when you work in hospitality, and where most of their visitors speak English it’s very difficult at times to communicate. We left our booster seat on the site transport, I spoke to a lovely lady on reception who gave me an email, no response, I asked on the bus, they didn’t understand me, we found it ourselves on the last day in the luggage store. On my day of arrival after an horrific journey to get there, I still had no idea where my Disney tickets were, the stress this caused, Expedia at first said I had no tickets attached to my booking, I had to send email evidence, they then said it was the park that organised. I had been emailing the park days leading up to the holiday to confirm where my tickets were, again no reply, Expedia just kept sending a generic email, which wasn’t helpful. In the end Expedia found a reference number for me to take to the parks main reception, the tickets were waiting in an envelope, that simple, but no communication. Free entry to the water park was incl, you just show your wristbands, all that added upset was so unnecessary. We then had to rearrange our days to accommodate the mix up"

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at ACE with our family. It’s the perfect location close to Disneyland, breakfast included, friendly staff, comfortable beds for everyone. There is also a restaurant next door which is perfect for a bite to eat once you arrive."

"Lovely room for the weekend not too far from Disneyland, only 10 mins on a shuttle bus which runs regularly throughout the day. It would be helpful to have more shuttle buses available in the evenings once Disney closes as our bus was 30 mins late despite us leaving the park early to get the bus on time and then the bus was too full. Also the shower was quite cold despite having it on the highest heat setting which may have just been an issue in our room."
