"The check in was absolutely a nightmare. The company is suppose to send you an email, that does not get to your inbox (or SPAM box) apparently because a known issue to management. Then, once you get the various codes and try to decipher them, the main code to open the box with key inside does not work! I saw at least 3 other travelers (families, couples) struggling downstairs with the code/key. This experience in and of itself already makes the experience unpleasant. "

"A luxury hotel that’s just outside tourist central, but close enough to walk. The location has more of a local flavor. Room was wonderful and large, the hotel was very quiet, excellent for sleeping on the comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic, so glad I included it with our room reservation. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to be in a crowded major hotel scene."

"This was a very nice hotel. one of the important things was the air conditioning, and it was nice and cold in the room. The breakfast was delicious. the bed was comfortable. The only two things I could say is that my bathroom smelled like sewage. They did offer to move me But I declined. It wasn't terrible that I couldn't deal with it. The other thing was the girl at the front desk When we got to the hotel was not friendly at all. In fact, the men were a lot friendlier than the women with the exception of one woman that was sweet. I think it's important whatever country you're in is to greet somebody with a smile. Make them feel welcome."

"The rooms were clean and the property well kept. However, something went wrong with the hot water heater in the hotel and we were without hot water for 2 days. The hotel ended up transferring us to their sister hotel (Exe Budapest Center), but I felt like a plumber should have been on hand to fix the hot water heater within a few hours."
