This hotel was comfortable, immaculate and very friendly. The staff were very generous and met our every need. Had laundry done and although more expensive than other services in are it was done incredibly well. We walked to dinner and beach was 3 mins away. Highly recommend!!

Loved everything about my stay here except that I couldn't control the AC. There was no individual AC unit in the room itself. The hotel itself was great, location was perfect and i enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Our receptionist was wonderful and so was our driver, Son Le🥰. Son Le treated us like family and even got medicine for me ❤️. Very good hotel, comfy bed, close to the beach, super clean. I'd stay there again. Only thing is your hear showers and toilets flush from the room I was in. Not the end of the world!

Very nice 4 stars hotel at 3 minutes walking distance to the beach, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, and very comfortable. There are also small swimming pool on the top. Highly recommended

Room was cleaned meticulously every day. Comfortable and clean beds, spacious room for 2. Staff were super friendly and helpful, in particular Henry has amazing initiative, respectful and responsive to our needs. Ruby and Matelo were a pleasure to see in the morning at the breakfast room, always had a warm smile and eager to help if we asked. They made our stay comfortable. We extended.

Well located hotel, but enough minor things were not quite right that I would probably try somewhere else next time. The bed was quite hard for my (Western) tastes. There was an odd smell in the hallway outside the room. There was a curtain in the living room of the room we booked, but not near the beds, which meant a lot of morning light. Many things were good: breakfast was varied, the hotel has cool lobby seats and fast elevators, the public areas are clean, location is good. In a competitive hotel market like Da Nang, I would opt to try somewhere else next time instead of returning here, but it's still a reasonable option.

The receptionist at check-in was quite friendly and helpful to change our reservation to partial-sea view. The room had an odor that I was not comfortable with. There was no screen on the windows so I didn't open due to fear of mosquitoes coming in. Air conditioning was strong and seemed clean (no odor). There was no lingering smoking smell in the room. The breakfast had a variety of options, but it was underwhelming. Flavor of soup noodle and stir fry were all tasteless.

What a experience. My partner and i had booked a 8 day holiday in Danang Vietnam. We truly had a relaxing time. And enjoy the city alot. Our hotel stay was great.
