Phòng nghỉ của bạn cùng gia đình đã được nâng cấp lên loại phòng hạng cao cấp, với mong muốn bạn sẽ hài lòng dịch vụ của chúng tôi. Good Location. The bathroom had traditional Shower in same location as toilet and sink. It caused the entire floor to be wet after showering. This set up is common in many Asian bathroom bur a definite inconvenience for Western travelers.

Da Nang isn't a great destination
The room itself was comfortable enough. The breakfast provided was inedible. The pool area was in full sun with no shade. The sun loungers were uncomfortable. The sky bar looks like its permanently closed. No where to sit comfortably in the hotel. Wouldn't recommend this place. It was noisy.

Awful hotel, deceptive rating, dirty, not worth it
Having booked this for my birthday as a treat while traveling we turned up to a dirty room with blood stains on the curtains and sheets, wires sticking out, the door didn’t lock and there was dirt and nail clippings all over, we complained and they moved us to the next room along which was the same! We showed them the problems and they ‘upgraded’ us, this from was slightly better but the bathroom door still didn’t lock. The pool was closed from 10-4 (peak time) so you can’t access it at all, and half of the adversitied amenities aren’t available. The breakfast was terrible with the only positive was a fried egg and plain toast. Expedia say it’s 3.5 stars, the front of the hotel says 3 stars and the business cards say 4. I have stayed in hostels and 2 star hotels 10x better than this. Avoid!!! This is a deceptive hotel who advertise that they provide a lot of services to get the higher ratings and custom but do not deliver.

Good for overnight stay only
The staff is very disorganized and that trickled into breakfast. We were served well with vegetarian noodles but no cut fruits and too sugary juices. Most of the items were not refilled and we had to ask every time. An interesting triangle cut breads were put in buffet which is inconvenient to toast. There is only a two bread toaster so the toasting rate is reduced to half. it cannot be more than 2 star but they are claiming it to be 3.5 stars. The pool is very small and no pool towels. The owner only wants to tick mark the amenities instead of actually wanting to provide it. One gentle man stood out who was very warm. He was overseeing pool and later doing most of the running around at the breakfast time. The description of the hotel is misleading in taking decision.

Not what we signed up for.....
They did not have the room we booked/requested (2 single beds in their largest style room) so they had to bring a bed into the 'living room' area- which cramped the space a lot. Then the next day I realized the bed (they brought in) had bed bugs and my ankles have been recovering ever since. Finally found an ointment at a pharmacy to help with the itching.

Excellent hotel & service
We stayed at the Sunshine Hotel for three nights and really enjoyed our time there. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. During our stay we took advantage of the shuttle bus into the Old Quarter and found it really convenient, but on the occasions we used a taxi it was cheap to get around. The food at the hotel was good and breakfast was nice. Our favourite part of the hotel was the swimming pool which was a good way to recover from a morning shopping in town.

Good for one night
We stayed here for one night when waiting for our flight to Saigon. Check in was fine and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They sorted a taxi to the airport for us. We didn't have the breakfast as we left early for our flight. Our stay here was fine and the location is great if you purely want a relaxing stay on the beach. Otherwise you will have to get a taxi to be more central as there isn't a lot around the hotel at present. The rooms were clean and the minibar was reasonable. The one thing that we found was that the beds were quite hard but I suppose this is a personal preference. Would stay here again overall.

Good value, Great service
A new hotel with friendly service, situated within minutes walking distance to the beach. Warm and helpful service from the staff. They provided us with bathroom and shower access in the afternoon after we checked out when we returned back from the beach, to freshen up before our late flight home. The manager also assisted us with the on-line check in and helped print out the boarding passes :)

Very clean and kind staff
Firstly, the hotel is very clean....no insects at all!! even no ants! I feel like it's a new hotel. Secondly, the staffs in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They did call to my room and asked me what I wanna have breakfast because they knew I cannot eat meat. So they prepared for me veg meal the next morning. It was written that breakfast is buffet but there was no buffet (guess there were only few guests). otherwise I really like to stay in star hotel.

Worst breakfest. So dirty dining room.
Braekfest is worst what i have even befoo see. Breakfest time 6.30-9.00 but already 7.30 everything is finist abd they not refill. Even clean coffee cups wasn't. This happened every morning. Also all tables were fill dirty dishes. When i asked what i have to eat was answer only :sorry. And they din't nothing.you can see pictures what i added. On the second pic is all choise of breakfest 7.30 nothing more food.on the last picture you can see what looks all the tables. And all workers mooved them self veeeery slowly.

청결도 최악. 구석 곳곳에서는 먼지, 머리카락, 냉장고안에는 벌레들..침대 메트리스는 망가져서 꺼지고, 모기 돌아다니고 방안에서 냄새 및 악취. 저렴한 가격이라고 해도 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않은 곳.

해변의 거리 멀지 않지만 무더운 날씨 다니는 것 불편합니다.
1.나는 06/28 밤 01:30분에 객실 룸에 투숙 했는데 예약한 룸 너무나 차이점이 많고 적고 창문 옆에 기둥이 있고 바꾸어 달라고 요청 했지만 불가능 하다고 했음. 2.06/29 오전에 직원이 와어 체크아웃 요청하여 예약을 했는데 이유가 무엇인지 알고 싶다고 했어요. 3.계약이 다른 사람과 이중으로 계약이 되어 체크아웃 요청하여 다른 ART 호텔로 이동하여 하루 밤 투숙하고 체크아웃을 06/30 또 다시 다른 7.SEVEN SEA 호텔로 이동하고 또 다시 체크아웃하고 첫음으로 예약한 Star 호텔로 이동하고 9일 일정 마무리 했습니다. 4.당사에서 계약 부주의로 인하여 체크아웃 4번하고 할 때마다 비용 지불하고 06/30 투숙한 7. SEVEN SEA 호텔 전비용 지불했습니다. 5.지불한 돈 및 호텔 이동으로 약속시간 지키지 못하여 만나지 못하고 계속 이동으로 피곤하고 여행으로 다낭에 가지 않고 사업 관계와 도움 요청으로 계획이 모든 것 끝 피해와 심적 부담이 많아요. 6. 고객이 예약한 호텔 숙박비 결재을 하고 두번 결재을 했어요. 7. 당사에서 어떻게 할 것인지 답변 기다립니다 8.해변에서 가까운 것 같지만 크게 무의 하다고 생각하며 한낮에 수영하는 사람들 없 고 오후 조금 시원하며 바닷에서 수영하고 호텔로 돌아옵니다. 9.통로에서 어른 아이들 떨어도 방음이 되지 않아 소음이 심각합니다. 10.객실 룸 매일 청소하는 것 보면 형식적으로 하고 침대 카버 및 얋은 이불 교체하지 않고 룸 내에 기본적인 커피와 찻 준비하지 않고 커피 포트만 있으며 찻을 마실수 없어요. 11.아침식사 시간내에 조금 늦게 가면 많은 음식이 없지만 음식이 떨어지 남은 것 먹고 와서 다음부터 일찍히 가서 식사했어요. 12.영업 광고와 차이점이 너무 많고 낮은 등급 호텔보다 룸 시설이 못합니다.

잠깐쉬어가기 좋습니다
잠시 쉬어가는 곳으론 딱입니다! 저도 새벽비행기라 빌린곳인데 만족 옥상 수영장이 맘에듭니다 사람이 없다보니 전세낸듯 즐겼습니다 침대 저렴이매트구요 샤워실 수도꼭지가 고장나있고 그것때면 좋습니다

완전 신상..ㅋㅋ
완전 새로 지은 호텔입니다. 어느정도냐면 엘리베이터에 시멘트 냄새가 아직 안빠졌을 정도고..그러다 보니 좀 미흡은 합니다만 가설비 갑입니다. 조식 나름 먹을 만합니다. 3일을 믁었습니다만, 일요일은 좀 더 특별한 조식이 나왔었습니다. 객실은 타입이 크게 두 개인인데 더블 트윈식을 말하는게 아니라 창이 있는 방과 창이 없는 방입니다. 큰 창이 있는 방은 넓고 쾌적해서 정말 좋습니다. 창이 없는 방은(없다기 보단 작은데 방끼리 마주 보고 있는 창입니다.) 여름에도 에어컨이 필요없습니다. 그냥 골방입니다. 음기가득한..그리고 쩌렁쩌렁 울립니다. 돔 좀 더 내시고 큰 창이 있는 방에 묵우신다면 나름 괜찮은 숙박시설이 될껍니다. 참. 영어 가능한 직원이 2명 뿐인게 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

Vi, 3 generationer, havde et længere ophold i værelse 610, 710 og 908. Gode store værelser, venligt og yderst hjælpsomt personale, rent og pænt overalt. Morgenmaden primært asiatisk, mem personalet sørgede pænt for os hver morgen, så der også var æg og andet vi kunne lide. Fik gratis opgradering til andet værelse pga. larmende kinesere. Tæt på flere gode restauranter. Skøn strand et par gader derfra og buslinje 12 til byen. 15-20 minutters gang til Dragebroen. Det eneste der manglede var en balkon til det enkelte værelse, men det har de færreste hoteller med swimmingpool i Da Nang og tagterrassen kunne sagtens opveje det. Rigtig god værdi for pengene. 물론 가격이 낮지만 한국의 모델만도 못하는 수준이며, 방음이 전혀 안됩니다. 그리고 중요한것이 저희가 먹지도 않은 라면, 땅콩, 과자를 먹었다고하여 가격을 물리려고 하였습니다. 먹지않았다고하니 같이 가서 확인하고, 계속 설명하고 의심받고 쓰지않아도 되는 에너지를 너무 많이 썼습니다. 처음 체크인때부터 위에 나열한 것이 없었습니다. 왠만하면 다른 호텔 이용하세요. 완전 별로입니다.

Пляжный отдых в городе
Остановилась в этом отеле третий раз, так как идеальное расположение по отношению к пляжу. После расширения и ремонта отель похорошел и обзавелся бассейном и рестораном на крыше. Вид оттуда завораживающий, особенно вечером. Беру номера попросторнее, с хорошим окном, так как люблю комфорт. Завтраки вьетнамские, но выбрать есть из чего, и омлет по просьбе всегда рады сделать, сок и сладенькая выпечка к чаю-кофе тоже присутствуют. Ресепшн много помогал в поисках нужной мне информации по расписанию автобусов, так как мы потом решили продолжать путь без самолетов, слипбасами. Вообще персонал исключительно внимателен и приветлив. Если приеду еще в Дананг -остановлюсь здесь.

Fint hotel. Gode værelser, dejlig pool på toppen og skøn udsigt. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Et par gader fra skøn strand og restauranter. Kan helt klart anbefales
