Very good service and facilities. The pool and restaurant were very nice, and weren’t that crowded which made it all the more enjoyable.

poorly managed five-star property
Pros: Good between Hoi An and Da Nang Cons: 1) Rooms - no ventilation system, no door separating toilet and room so smell is trapped in the small room. Felt uncomfortable if you're traveling with friends or your siblings. Fridge is not cold despite trying to adjust the temperature 2) Charged on tiny things such as beach chair/tents by the swimming pool, only 2 or 3 star would charge on small things to optimize revenue to make up for cheap rate. 3) Breakfast was among the worst, no diversity, same food for 3 days, sad looking Mi Quang - one quail egg, one piece of pork belly fat and one tiny frozen shrimp with bland broth 4) Staff not operationally ready - 30 minutes late to scheduled beach kayaking without apology and even asked guests to carry the big canoe when we were waiting for 30 minutes. 5) Chaotic breakfast, no host to seat the guests so anyone could just enter and had breakfast. 6) No netflix, no HDMI cable, no chromecast and Shilla is under the Samsung empire, how ironic. In the end, i would never return and recommend to anyone. I regretted trying out new brands when should have just stick with professionally hotel management company.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, and the surroundings are pleasant. However, due to the large waves, it is not possible to swim in the sea. The overall English communication skills of the hotel staff are not great, but the service is good, and the environment is clean. It's a bit far from the city center, taking approximately half an hour by taxi to reach Hoi An Ancient Town. Overall, the experience was decent.

완전 굳 .
완전 친절하심.. 한국직원도 계셔서 한국말가능. 수영장도 진짜 좋아요. 바로앞에 비치도 있는데 신라 투숙객들만 사용해서 사람이 별로 없어 좋아용. 그리구 앞에 수영장은 아이들 이용못해서 안시끄럽고 좋아요. 사우나도 좋았어요. 좁지만 사람이 없어서 혼자 이용햇더니 딱 좋아요. 넘 깨끗하구.. 단점이라면.. 다낭나가려면 왕복 한시간은 걸리는거..? ㅠㅠ 그거말곤 완벽해용

신라체인 호텔이라 음식도 익숙했고 좋았습니다. 위치가 시내와 호이안 딱 중간에 위치해 있어 다낭 시내로 움직이기엔 시간이 좀 걸렸지만 호텔에서만 즐기기에도 좋았습니다. 다만 주변에 편의점 같은것이라도 있음 좋겠는데 정말 호텔주변으로 아무것도 없어 좀 아쉽긴합니다.

가족여행 혹은 연인끼리 여행해도 로맨틱하게 좋은 호텔.
여러 곳 관광하지 않고 호텔에만 머무실 분들에게 강추합니다. 빌라동에 묵었는데, 깔끔하고 좋았어요.. 다만 조식이 좀.. 다른 분들은 한식이 나와 좋았다고 하는데, 김치와 잡채만 나오던데, 이걸 한식이라고 하기엔 좀... 모노그램 라운지 이용이 좋았어요. 체크 아웃 후, 3시까지 이용 가능해서 시간을 보내기 좋더라구요.
