So So stay
The Boutique is in a small street isolated from noise. It's about a 15min walk either end to shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly. I had mixed feelings about the stay because the cleanliness of the room. We stayed in the studio poolside, which was great because to reach the higher floors you had to use the stairs. Mind you it was only 4 levels high (i think). We only stayed for 2 nights and to be honest I was grateful we did. I found a lot of creepy crawlies around the room, centipedes, large cockroaches and I swear I heard either possums or very large rats or cats in the walls. Overall, I did not have a comfortable sleep due to being paranoid. I'm not sure the rooms are soundproof because we heard furniture being moved or something being dragged a few times. Thankfully there was only 2 or 3 occupied rooms. Our room door was a sliding door which used a key. There was a small gap between the door and wall which didn't make me feel too safe. Apart from that the boutique had a great ambience and maybe don't book the studio poolside room. The other rooms looked more welcoming.

Room was very cosy n comfortable It was well laid out and tastefully furnished. Breakfast was simple but fresh n good. WiFi in room was very slow Noise from road n swimming pool can be heard in the room Bad n very loud karaoke singing from one of the neighbouring houses for 2 hrs on one of the nights we were there

Staff are attentive and helpful. We are attracted by the design of the hotel thus the booking. The location is at a very small lane, quite a distance from the main road if you do not mind walking. We travelled by Grab, which is convenient. The setback of staying at small hotel is that their back/contingency plan is not good. The air-conditioning was not really working the first day we checked in which they only managed to fix it the next day. No water supply on the last night of our stay, and we were told it happens quite often during summer. They told us they have reserved some water but could br used up by other guests. No curtain in the room therefore you will be waken up by the morning light easily.

The simple clean decor was calming and serene. We had no hot water for a day and our blinds were broken so could not shut out light for optimal sleeping conditions and water bottles were not replaced daily.

Very nice, good condition hotel near the beach with lovely accommodating staff. Allowed late night check in and late check out on our last day. Recommend to all those travelling to da nang!

Great hotel experience in Danang
The hotel is near to the beach. Walking distance within 10 minutes to the beach. Friendly and helpful staffs who always ask us if we need to book for cab. Great pool view and the hotel is same as the pictures shown. Total 4 floors while 4th floor is their office and rooftop balcony, 1st to 3rd floor are rooms. No lift in the hotel. The hotel provides spa/massage services as well. You should try the foot massage which costs 300,000vnd / 60mins. Enjoy having delicious breakfast buffet and coffee before exploring the Danang city. Will definitely back to Minh House when next trip! Highly recommended for everyone who going Danang.

매우 만족!
1층 풀사이드뷰 객실을 쓰진 못했지만 가격대비 청결, 안락함, 친절 다 좋았어요 위치가 미케비치 골목 안쪽인게 살짝 그렇지만 그랩타고 다니니 니쁘진 않네요 오히려 한시장 근처 시끄러운곳보단 나은거같아요 ㅎㅎ조식으로 나온 현지식도 넘 좋았네용

スタッフはすべて思いやりにあふれ、素敵な笑顔でもてなしてくれます。 手作りの心温まる朝食は日毎にメニューが代わり、美味しかったです。特にフォーとコーヒーがおすすめ。 枕はフカフカ、タオルも毎日交換、アメニティも補充され、掃除も行き届いていて、気持ちよく滞在できました。

實際和宣傳圖片一樣，員工熱心有禮，房間整潔有很舒服的香味，酒店雖小，早餐也算是很豐盛。唯一最大問題是淋浴間花灑水力很差，去水位嚴重淤塞。而且這段期間正正酒店外面修路，沙塵很大，如下一點雨就成泥濘，拉行李也不方便。

더 말이 필요 없네요. 후회없는 선택이였습니다.
호텔의 청결과 직원들의 서비스는 부담스러울 정도로 정말 최상입니다. 소개되어 있는 사진처럼 내부 뷰 또한 정말 좋아요. 숙소 내부도 생각보다 넓습니다. 하지만 4인 이상의 가족끼리 오신다면 추천드리고 싶지 않아요. 미케비치와 한시장, 콩카페와 같은 관광을 하기에도 위치적인 이점이 있어 좋습니다. 그리고 가격 대비 너무너무 훌륭합니다. 대형 호텔이나 리조트와 달리 아기자기 하면서 아늑하고 조용한 곳을 찾는다면 여긴 커플 혹은 부부, 친구 등 2인정도의 여행자에겐 최상의 선택지중 하나입니다. 조식의 종류는 크게 다양하지 않았지만 다낭 여행중 먹어본 많은 쌀국수 중 개인적으로 쌀국수가 깔끔해서 정말 맛있었고 그 옆에 곁들인 반숙 계란후라이로 충분 했습니다.

시내가려면 택시왕복해야해서 좀 번거로운 면이 있어욤 그리고 좀 골목골목으러 들어가야해요 조식이 살짝 부실하지만 쌀국수가 진짜 맛있어요 참고로 로비 에어컨 안되는데 거기서 조식도 먹어야해요 방은 아늑하고 식기류도 예뻐요 수영장이 생각보다 많이 작았어요ㅋㅋ

オシャレで素敵、部屋は水周りも清潔。 ビーチまで歩いて5分くらい。 スタッフは英語が上手で、とても親切でした。 困ったことがあって電話を借りたのですが、問題解決するまで付き合ってくださぃした。 シャワーがあんまり温かくなかったのですが、スタッフさんの優しさが上回るので、いい気持ちで滞在できました。 また利用したいです。

전반적으로 괜찮긴했으나..
사진 그대로의 시설 이예요! 상주해 계셨던 직원분도 친절하고 조식도 무난하고 객실도 깨끗하고 안좁았는데 어디선가 쥐소리가 들렸어요 ㅠㅠ 천장인지 벽인지 모르겠고 본건 아니지만 싫었네요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 번화가 쪽은 아닌데 아침에 오토바이소리 등등 소음이 들렸어요.. ㅠㅠ 저녁엔 괜찮았는데 아침엔 소란 스러웠네요~ 이박삼일? 이상 머무를 곳은 아닌거 같아요(전 도착 첫날 머물렀습니다) 아 한시장은 택시로 십분정도였습니다~

또 갈 것 같아요
위치가 애매하긴 하지만 그랩 통해서 택시 이용하면 어디든 15분 안에 도착할 수 있어요! (한시장, 오행산, 롯데마트 등) 숙소의 청결도는 4성급 호텔에 비하면 떨어지지만 직원들의 친절함, 멋진 숙소 인테리어를 고려하였을 때 가성비 만족도가 매우 높았습니다!

가성비 최고에요 굿굿
일단 이국적인 느낌이 강해서 선택한 숙소였구요 한화로 5~6만원 선에서 숙박 가능해서 가성비 너무 좋았어요. 일단 갔을때 부띠크 호텔의 느낌이 강하게 났구요 수영장이 조금 작고 많이 울리긴 하지만 놀기에 충분히 이쁜 공간이였어요. 숙소 내부도 깔끔했지만 커튼을 꼼꼼하게 치지 않으면 다른방이 너무나도 잘보이는 단점이 있어요 그리고 아침에 조식나오는데 호텔처럼 많은 종류는 아니지만 쌀국수, 계란, 요플레, 소시지, 베이컨, 베이커리 등 모든 음식이 맛있었어요 (사람마다 차이가 날 수 있음) 우리 4명중 4명다 만족 했어요 직원들도 친절하구 항상 웃는모습으로 대해 주셔서 좋았어요 다만 주변에 현지인들이 실제 거주하는 지역이라 여성분들은 밤에 조금 무서울수 있겠다는 생각이 들었어요~!

The hotel is nearby the beach although its inside the small street. Breakfast is OK. Nighttime receptionist is not helpful than the morning one. The air con is broken, the bed is full of mosquitoes and the air quality is bad. The worse thing is there is no curtain in the bathroom so people in the street can see everything, and AI don't understand the design.

다낭 물가에 비하면 객실요금은 저렴한 편이라 그부분에 있어서는 만족합니다. 시설도 생긴지 얼마안된 숙소라 그런지 시설도 좋은편이라 사진찍기는 안성맞춤이고, 조식도 굉장히 간편하지만 있을것은 다있습니다. 그러나 뭔가 불편한점이 있습니다. 베트남의 대부분의 숙소에서는 환전이나 작은돈단위로 바꾸는 것이 잘된다고 들었고, 실제로호이안에서도 묵을때도 그랬는데, 저희가 할때만 그런건지 아니면 원래 안해주는건지 안됐었고, 그리고 제 객실이 3층 이였고 위에 테라스가 있는데 새벽 3시에 파티같은걸 해서 너무 시끄럽더라구요. 와 이건좀 아니다 싶을정도로..일단 외국인들같고 해서 그냥 넘어갔지요 다행히 둘째날은 안그렇더라구요 그리고 에어컨....이 너무 약해서 좀 힘들었던점..? 남자분들은 좀 힘들어하실수도 있다며.. 가격이 저렴한것에는 이유가 있나보다 생각하고 이용하면 또 그럭저럭 있을만 한 곳이기도 합니다. 아참 그리고 위치! 구글맵 위치설정이 이상한건지 이상하게도 유치원인지 학교있는 쪽에서 사거리쪽만 오면 민하우스 도착했다고 뜨더라구요 기사들도 거기에서 멈추구요.. 근처이긴 한데 우리는 로컬이 아니니까 처음에 오면 헷갈리실수 있어 팁을 드리자면 Hoang dai ? 라고 써있는 건물에서 직진해서 들어가서 왼쪽에 유치원같이 생긴건물 두고 직진 방향으로 골목길을 천천히 계속 들어가면 오른편에 나무문으로 된 민하우스를 발견하게 됩니다. 한국분들 이용에 도움이 되었으면 합니다

방음이 전혀 안되는 호텔
옆방에서 물틀면 방에서 들림 밖에서 지인이 왔는지 자기들끼리 떠들고 12시가 되도 소리를 꽥꽥 질러서 제발 조용히 좀 하라고 해야 간신히 조용 그냥 예쁘긴 한데 오래 머물러 있기는 힘듬 해변과 가까운것도 아니고 주변이 좋은것도 아니고 돈이 왜 저렴한지 알겠고 그냥 돈 오만원 더주고 해변앞 호텔 아무대나 잡아도 여기보다 나을듯 직원들 영어 못함 조식은 뭔 이게 조식이야 그냥 자기들이 먹는거 내주는거 같은데
