House cleaning forgets to clean room. Mold in the shawer. Use toiletries on desplay for use. Uring smell when airconditioner not in use. Toilet vents are leaking. Regular elevator maintanane performed during evening hours. No elevator and getting to the 8th floor is hard for anypersob over 60years old.

A reasonably priced hotel in town centre
Stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel is about 3 miles from airport. Located in town centre, about 3 blocks away from a big supermarket and the Con Market (local market). Room is quite big (about 400 square feet), with a king bed. Can walk to main railway station in 15 minutes. Overall a good choice for those who want to stay in town near the train station.

It's not bad overall.
It's not bad overall. But When our family stayed in 12.30 - 1.2, many mosquitoes bite us. The room was a little damp but air condition is good. It was very good that I was able to plan many itineraries through hotel services.

an old and comfortable room with french decoration
The triple room with window was very spacious. About 500m to Con Market and 900m to Han Market on the opposite direction. The dragon bridge was slightly further about 1.5km away. Nothing much to do at night except to the pub. Breakfast selection is not so good. They serve individual noodle bow per person and half a cup of coffee. Water is chargeable.

Nice hotel near to Con market
Everything was just fine except there is no safe box! Bathroom needs improvement. Breakfast is excelent, was cooked to order of authentic local cuisine. Staffs were very nice, polite and helpful. Again, I would rate 5 if they have safe box, carry all travel dosc. and all currency with us was not safe at all! We will come back here again!

Best value suite in Da Nang
This is probably the best value suite in all of Vietnam! Huge room with a comfortable living area where my boyfriend and I were able to work (we were only in Da Nang for one day). Sure, some of the suite was a bit tired (worn shower door, missing chandelier crystals, threads coming out on the couch). But it didn't detract from our enjoyment of the room. The area around the hotel is busybusybusy and no fun to walk around (so catch a cab if you can). Friendly staff who helped us with printing out plane tickets at no extra charge and grabbed us a cab from the street.

Convenient!
Had a good stay! I love the convenient location of the hotel - just 10 mins walk away from Big C hypermarket and CGV cinema; 15 mins walk away the river; and just 50k VND taxi ride to the airport. Exchange rates offered was poor though - you are better off changing near the Han Market (at one of the jewellery shops at the junction of trần phú & nguyễn thái học - the rates are not advertised, do do ask) Breakfast was ala carte and not buffet. It was nice though (a case of quality > quantity)

Excellent staff - good stay
What impressed us most was the night staff Thuy, who enthusiastically described and pointed out several of her favourite local eateries. She gave us a cheat sheet (all in Vietnamese) but translated what we needed to know. We actually liked it that it was in Vietnamese as it suggests these are really authentic places, not tourist traps! Great location and plenty of great local eating all around. We hired a scooter there too. Prices are slightly inflated, however it was a good quality scooter, and we like it that it comes with petrol and we just return it with the same amount of petrol in the tank. (Just saves the convenience, and some money to hiring a scooter which has only enough petrol to get you to the nearest gas station). Just note, you can only hire the scooter on the nights you stay - (we had initially planned on staying one night, scootering to hoian for a couple of nights and returning for another night in Danang). Hotel policy - this is not allowed. (I think this is standard, we checked at a few hotels). We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Room was clean, everything worked. Furniture decor designed to look old-school french, but is actually all very new and well maintained.

Exotic, fun themed hotel, great service and area
The themed furnishings make this place a must try. Room is comfy, wifi is great and fast, tv recep is clear. My room window was a water tank but the decor is so fun you need never look out. Staff is fluent in English and vert helpful. Included breakfast is excellent; the local dishes are delicious. No water kettle but they will bring up a thermos of hot water when asked. Neighbourhood is great for tourist exploration. 5min walk to the Big C supermarket / mall for any needs. Also on the way is a huge local market with food fruits, and clothes. Many local clothing stores, cafes and excellent bakeries within 5 min walking distance. 10-15 min walk to the Han Riverside where you can take in great sights and more touristy dining. Great location, recommended if touring Danang.

Staffs spoke very limited English but were very friendly and tried their best to help. The location was very good as it was close to Big C mart, Da nang Cathedral, Con Market, etc; all within 10~15 minute walk. I

Great value in city centre
Decent small hotel in centre of city. Faux French design motif. Breakfast was made to order, rather than another mediocre buffet. Neighbourhood is okay, but there are better areas available, such as along the river or at the beach. We booked a room and a suite: the suite was great value.

Excellent value in centre of city
Our family stayed at the smallish Louis Hotel for one night before flying out of Danang. The hotel motif is faux French, with lots of detail. We booked a room and a suite. The room was good, the suite was very nice, and good value for a few more $$. Breakfast was not a buffet, but made to order. It was very good, especially after mediocre buffets at other Vietnamese hotels. We got a great rate, which made this an excellent value. If you don't want to be near the beach, this place is good.

お土産の購入にも便利
今回２ベッドルームと１ベッドルームの２タイプに部屋を変えて滞在しました。 １ベッドルームもベッドが大きめで快適でした。エアコンとは別に大きい扇風機がありました.。Hotelからビックシーやコン市場とは逆側の方向の交差点を渡ったところのお菓子屋さんはベトナムのお菓子が揃っていてお土産の購入の際に便利でした。地元の方も大量に購入しに来てました。

ホテルの設備は古いですがほぼ外出していたので不便な点は地区にありませんでした。wifiも普通に快適に使用出来ました。場所がコン市場ビックシーまで徒歩７－８分位で日没後もホテルまでの道は明るくお店も遅くまで開いているので便利でした。

フライトが遅延して、夜中の1時半に着いたら、ホテルのシャッター閉まっていて焦ったが、シャッター横の呼び出しボタンを押したらすぐに開けてくれた。タクシーに深夜だからと500K請求されて困っていると、スタッフが交渉して100Kにしてくれた。100Kでもこの距離では高いですが、疲れていたし、とてもありがたかったです。 朝食はフォーやお粥の単品メニューでしたが、味は美味しかったです。 ホテルで頼むタクシーは、みんなメーターがついていて、安心でした。 部屋はベッド3台の広い部屋で、新しくはないですが、清潔に保たれていました。気になったのが、芳香剤か何かの匂いがきついことです。部屋の窓を開けたいくらいでしたが、虫が入ってたら嫌なので、我慢しました。 ちなみに、寝ただけなのでシャワー等は使っていません。 スタッフも親切だし、コスパもよく、いい印象しかないです。海沿いでないので、リゾート感はありませんが、ビックCも近く、便利なホテルです。また機会があったら泊まりたいです。

Good location hotel with kind and friendly staffs
As the Louis Hotel is located around central place in Da Nang, the customer can go to the central approximately 15 minutes by walking (but not very close). The staffs of hotel were very kind and could support anything we asked. The breakfast menu was typical and simple, but it was good and enough. The only negative point was that the window was a little bit small. If the window is large with good view, totally we were satisfied. Finally, as the price is not so competitive, if the hotel can offer any discount price, it can be one of the wonderful hotels.

來人租住套房4間，住一晚後酒店經理請求本人讓回一間套房给他們，因為有一對新婚夫婦要求入住，於是本人幫助了他們讓出一晚套房，其後酒店經理安排了比較便宜的普通房給本人，環境和衛生也不太好，一個晚上後酒店並沒有安排返回本人訂購的套房，其後本人被迫住了4晚很差的房間，及後本人和朋友check out時，要求酒店經理退回本人4晚酒店的差價給本人，因為本人租房時是付套房價格，不是普通房間，這時酒店經理作出很多籍口和不禮貌的言詞及推檔，本人便句理力爭，洒店經理便說出很多不禮貌的說話才給回少量差額給本人，本人當時感覺氣憤難平，感覺被人修辱一樣，本人謹作出以上投訴，並不會再入住貴酒店，並且會在網上作出批評！真的使人不悅！

スタッフの対応良かったです。
フロントの女性の方は素晴らしかった。言葉が通じないと、ベトナムの方は諦めるイメージがあった(実際みんなそう)が、両替所を聞いたときに(すぐ目の前と言うのもあったが)外まで出てくれて、指差して分かるように伝えてくれた。 ホテルのシャワーが弱かった。 立地は、ドラゴンの橋に近く、散策も楽しめた。

深夜の帰国便で子供もいたので、休憩の為に利用しました。数時間でシャワーの利用位でしたがフロントの女性、ポーターの方は携帯翻訳を使ったりとても親切でした。 途中、近くのビッグCへ出かけるのに鍵を掛けようとしたが、かけられず(内からかけるタイプ)ドア前でガタガタしていたら警備の方が来て助けてくれました。廊下の至る所に監視カメラがあってタブレットで確認しているようです。室内設備は値段相応ですが清掃もきちんとしていて休憩には充分です。ただ街中なので騒音などは宿泊だと微妙かも。

저렴하게 잠시 쉬어가는 곳
공항 가까이에 있어 새벽시간에 도착하거나 새벽 비행기로 출국할때 저렴한 비용으로 몇시간 쉬었다 가기 좋습니다. 어른들이야 마사지 받다 가거나 공항에서 버틴다 해도 애들 동반한 가족여행중이라면 몇시간 쉬어 가는게 피로도 좀 풀리고 좋은 것 같습니다. 오래된 건물이라 깨끗하진 않지만 눈만 붙였다 나가기엔 그럭저럭 괜찮은 정도입니다.

루이스 호텔 숙박후기
가격대비 숙소는 좋았다. 다만 샤워하는데 따뜻한 물이 나오지 않았고 전화선이 끊겨있어서 프론트까지 직접가야 했다. 그것빼고는 만족했던 것 같다. 조식도 종류가 한정되어 있었지만 충분히 훌륭했다. 1층 프론트 옆에 저울이 있어서 캐리어 무게를 미리 재볼수 있어서 편리했고, 카운터의 직원도 친절하셨다. 또한 다낭에서 유명한 한시장이랑 걸어서 5분정도 걸렸던 것 같다.

직원은 친절한데 청결하진 않네요
공항에서 가까워 잡았는데 새벽에 도착해보니 셔터가 내려져있어서 놀랐습니다. 택시기사가 벨을 누르니 셔터가 올라가서 체크인을 했습니다. 사진과는 조금 다르게 좀 낡았고요, 직원들은 친절합니다. 조식도 뭐 그저그랬답니다. 마지막 체크아웃하고 짐 맡겨둘때도 직원은 친절하게 웃으면서 응대하는게 참 좋았습니다.

마지막날 새벽비행기라 아이들데리고 잠깐 쉬었다 가려고예약했어요. 위치는 한시장과 콘시장 중간쯤이었고 걸어서 한시장까지 10분정도여서 걸어갈만 했어요 빅씨마트도 걸어서 10분이면 갈수있어요. 12시반쯤 체크인했는데 문제없이 해주셨고, 룸컨디션이 좋지는 않지만 잠깐 쉬었다 가기에 딱 그정도인;

臭いが気になり
夜便を待つために、空港から近いので予約しました。部屋の臭いが気になり寛げませんでした。タオルが柔軟剤を染み込ませたように匂いがきつく、耐えられませんでした。 浴室の換気扇の音と何やら謎の音が気になり、早々退散しました。スタッフは感じ良かったです。

Es un gran hotel, super comodo y bello. Pero la ubicación no es buena, a pesar de estar en el centro no hay nada turístico cerca. El personal es muy amable pero en mi experiencia solo 1de3 habla inglés funcional.
