Arrived to a deserted reception desk. After a brief walk around the overgrown gardens it was evident that there was no-one about. Finally found a groundskeeper who was surprised we had a booking. Apparently restaurant and pool bar have not been operational since covid. We high-tailed out of there quick smart. Thankfully we found great accommodation with vacancy near by. I can't believe they still advertise on the various hotel booking platforms.

리조트는 잘 지어놓고 운영을 엉망으로 함. 이미 예약해놓고 방문 했는데 그 어떤 것도 준비해놓지 않았고 체크인 할 때 내가 예약한 방이 아닌 다른 룸타입으로 방을 주고 침구엔 모래, 얼룩으로 매우 지져분했으며 에어컨은 시원한 바람이 잘 나오지 않았음. 영어할 줄 아는 직원도 많이 없고 직원들 유니폼도 없고 이제 막 자다가 나온 느낌의 머리모양, 서비스 교육이 안 되어 있는 느낌. 제일 불편했던 건 밤 10시 이후 물이 잘 안 나옴... 샤워기도 고장이 나 있었고, 이런 문제를 해결해줄 직원이 아무도 없어서 그 날 밤은 못 씻고 잤습니다.

Tangled big forest and beach resort

bungalo house is not comfortable in both layout and facility. Shower bath water, toilet water always leaking. No slipper provided for outdoor activity. Swimming pool water is not under maintenance so a lot of dust and particles in the pool. Swimming in the pool, particles bother my eyes several times. Food provided in the restaurant is worst I have ever had. They have to review all the maintenance and management.

Great location by the beautiful beach of Hoi An. Room is super clean, quiet and provides great hospitality. Resort staff and driver, Mr Bao is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. Other staffs were very nice. Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret, just be there:)

Tredje resan till Vietnam

Min fru och jag tillbringade 8 nätter på Le Belhamy mellan 2-10 mars 2020. Hotellet hade högst 30 gäster de flesta från Europa. Hotellet är en resort med två pooler och en stor vacker trädgård med många palmträd och ett Spa. Det ligger i anslutning till en lång och fin sandstrand med gratis halmparasol och liggstolar. Det fanns inget att göra på stranden förutom att bada eller promenera. Tyvärr möter man ibland lösa hundar en bit bort från hotellet. Det ingick gratis hämtning från flygplatsen till hotellet. Man kunde åka till Hoi An som ligger 6 km bort gratis tur och retur vilket vi gjorde. Vi fick ett rum högst upp (våning 1) med utsikt mot trädgården och poolen. Rummet var rökfritt i enlighet med vårt önskemål. Det var stort (50kvm) inrett i kolonial stil med stengolv. Vi kunde bara se på BBC World News på tv. Det fanns inget torkställ på balkongen för att hänga blöta handdukar eller badkläder. Ibland fick vi handdukar med andra färger än vit. Dessa användes vid poolen. Den 160 cm breda sängen var knarrig. Det pågick ett bygge strax utanför rummet. Gratis Wi-Fi fanns även i rummet med blandad styrka. Frukosten var ok. Vi åt middag bara en gång på hotellets matsal. Maten var god men inte prisvärd. Som alla andra gäster åt vi på den enda restaurang vi hittade utanför hotellet. Där var maten prisvärd och god. Gatan utanför hotellet är inte för promenader. Man åker taxi. Personalen överallt var trevliga och gästvänliga. Hotellet är tyvärr inte värt sina 4 ****. 4 stjärnor.

Sit back and relax

We had a beach front vil and we could jsutvrelax and watch the waves roll in. The bar was just next to the pool and made great cocktails. The staff are really nice. See ya next time.

Never again would I stay here

We stayed here recently and were appalled at the condition of all the facilities. There are cats and dogs roaming around as well as broken flooring all round the pool areas. There were also lots of chipped tiles in the pool which could easily have caused an accident. Food we ordered had hair in it and was far below standard. The only positive is the lovely staff who did try their hardest.

部屋の装飾も可愛く、広さも申し分なかった。プールも快適で良かった。 ただ、ベッドカバーが臭く、始めのベッドメイキングで枕カバーもシーツも変えてもらったが、それも臭かった。 それだけが唯一の、そして最大のマイナス点。

コストパフォーマンスが良いホテル

お手頃価格でプライベートプール付きのホテルを探していたところ、こちらのホテルを予約しました。プール付きのへやのタイプはいくつかありましたが、他の宿泊客の目が気にならないプライベート感があるタイプにしました。その部屋はハネムーン専用だったらしく、ケーキのプレゼントがありました。最終日にはもう一度サプライズがありました。ハンモックがところどころに設置されており、バトミントンも設置されていたので楽しめました。プールはきれいでしたが、掛け流しにしてくれるともっと嬉しいです。朝食も値段の割に、毎日違うメニューもあり楽しめました。コストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。
