Nice place, great hospitality and excellent food. The beach, pool, restaurants and gym were beautiful. I especially enjoyed the Japanese style big bath and sauna at the end of the day. However the stores and neighbors around the hotel were awkward. Some facilities including the main building are out date. So it wasn’t quite top notch resort.

I’ve stayed here for 5days with my 4-member family and it’s quite a satisfactory experience. Especially, the Asian buffet breakfast is remarkable. (My mom is a kinda picky for food, but she was also satisfied lol) Every staff of GrandVrio is really kind and polite all the time, hence I’ve been grateful for real. Will visit here again!

The outdoors are beautiful. The room extremely large and had a balcony with nice view. I really enjoyed the breakfast in the coconut forest with the sea view. The food in the evening though was not great (we had a pizza). This could be improved for a hotel with this standing. The staff was extremely helpful

Beautiful hotel right on the ocean. Great amenities and schedule of activities. Food on site was good - a little pricey but certainly more convenient. The pillows sucked. The bed was decent. You can't beat that location though.

Nice resort hotel with great service. The Asian Restaurant is just as good as some of the best restaurant in Hoi An or Danang. The Japanese Bath is very relaxing. You can use Grab to get to Hoi An, Danang, Marble Mountain, Da Na Hills in a brief time. Beach and the pools are nice. The kids' room is staffed by qualified staff that can entertain your kids while your wife enjoys the spa. A great resort to go with your family.

Excellent resort and perfect for families with little kids. Multiple pools easy access to beach and has 3 restaurants. The only negative is it’s on the resorts row so can not go anywhere outside of the hotel unless you take a taxi, which is available and somewhat cheap. Near golf courses.

All of the staff members were very kind and well-educated. They always kept the hotel clean. I had a very cozy stay at the beach resort. The food was nice, and the breakfast was especially awesome. The massage and spa staff were also kind and skilled. I think the Japanese-style bath might be even cleaner than those at Japanese hotels.

Grandvrio was an excellent resort in Da Nang. I was deciding between this resort and the Hyatt Regency, and I am glad I picked Grandvrio. The staff are very attentive to all needs. Welcome drinks and checkout drinks were provided, complimentary. Food was very good with several dining options. Spa services were also great. 200K VND vouchers given for use at the property, which had beach access with shaded areas. Staff spoke English well and were very respectful to guests. I visited the Hyatt for a wedding I had to attend. The property was beautiful, but was very large and lacked the close feel of Grandvrio. I got the feel this is more of a local’s resort, if you are looking for that vibe.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The location was perfect for being able to get to hoi an and da nang with the shuttle has provided by the hotel and the ease of getting a grab making it very easy. The hotel itself was the perfect size and quiet throughout our stay with no problems finding sun loungers where you wanted to sit. The staff were some of the most friendly hotel staff I have come across with nothing being too much trouble. Would highly recommend going for the daily spa option too especially with the small extra cost when added to the hotel rooms. Overall a fantastic stay and will be back soon!

We stayed at Grandvrio Ocean Resort Da Nang with our family for about a week, and we had an absolutely amazing time. The resort is incredibly spacious, featuring multiple pools, several restaurants, and even a private beach. The staff were always welcoming with warm smiles and quick to assist whenever we needed help. In particular, the general manager’s attention to detail was truly professional. Since this resort is operated by a Japanese hotel group, you can feel the thoughtful Japanese hospitality throughout the property. One of the most interesting features is the Japanese-style public bath, which was a unique and relaxing experience. Also, the Japanese restaurant serves authentic cuisine, and we especially loved the fresh fugu (pufferfish) sashimi and sushi!

An truly amazing experience. Each and every single member of staff were fantastic who provided a quality service. Ambience is spot on.We had villa with a pool and it was absolute perfection. In terms of any negative points I would say that children should not be allowed in the adult swimming pool given they have one dedicated to them.Secondly,there is no room service after 9.pm and there are no bar facilities after 10pm.In keeping with other hotels of a similar standard the should be a bar available until at least 12pm.
