Very well run hotel. Only issue is we had to take a taxi everywhere because it is not an easy walk to anything.

Excellent property!! Room was beautiful with a great river view of the Dragon Bridge! Highly recommend you upgrade your room to include higher floor river view room including the Privilege Lounge! Well worth the extra cost! Staff was phenomenal! Truly a superior hotel at a very reasonable cost!

a disappointing stay at this hotel
Disappointing stay really. Unfortunately, the check in experience set the tone for the stay at this hotel. Because I didn’t want to upgrade to have breakfast at the hotel, the staff just seemed to look down her nose at me. Location of the hotel is not great ... room facilities not great either ... overall, very disappointed by my experience and will certainly not be staying here again

A big hotel in an impressive location!
This is a major hotel which dominates the Danang skyline. My room on floor ten had a magnificent view down the Han River. The hotel is a bit removed from the city centre, but offers a shuttle bus service at 2 hour intervals. And taxis are inexpensive.

the swimming pool is too small, and next to a road, which so many bikes passed by. lack of privacy . Staff are very nice, hotel room is clean.

Staff is ok but some points have to be taken care
I came here with family. I reserved two rooms. The staffs were nice and really eager to help. At first morning, I order the room service for breakfast. It was really confused. I ordered 2 sets of American breakfast but it came with difference in each. I got one cup of coffee. Comparing with other hotel, they serve me one jar of coffee with a cup. I can drink coffee at least 2-3 cups. They were also not in a good look.

Laundry service not available very early and start next day at 7am. Disappointed with my shirt which i got back instead of 6am i told them , only 7.55am . Order room service for breakfast, came without pepper. Then, realised without coffee. Receptiin stagf poor in situation handling iver my shirt laundry. Kept repeating their policy, why accepted my laundry request for 6am return next day ?

It is a modern and comfortable hotel with a great view of the river. Unfortunately, set on a small island, it is far from convenient to walk and there are few immediate sights nesrby. There is a shuttle service from the hotel every two hours during the day. Isolated, the hotel charges premium rate for a breakfast. Little choice, as there are few if any restaurants nearby. There is building work in front of the hotel.

Great views
A very nice hotel just outside the city, great views of city and mountains. Room was a reasonable size and comfortable. The staff were excellent, courteous and very helpful, special mention to Viet who went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Great variety for breakfast and several restaurants in hotel with a great dishes all well presented and delicious. Free Shuttle bus every 2 hrs to market and tourist spots in city. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing time in DaNang

Enhancing our Holiday
Can’t fault our stay at all. Right from the check in we were made to feel like royalty. Great advice for sight seeing and no intricate detail was spared to ensure we got the most out of our visits to locations or restaurants. The Personal Driver service was fantastic and the Spa facilities were top notch. Would recommend to all.

Quite a distance from town.
Not a very restful stay.I'm.on holiday and don't want to wake up early every morning .But early in the morning I can hear the housekeeping staffs talking at the top of their lungs while walking around and cleaning up the rooms.fitness centre is decent.

Staff and manager in breakfast are very nice. However, there was no wecome drink for me and my family like other guest after a long drive Doorman rather playing w. his phine instead open the heavy door for my 12-year old daughter while I paid the taxi. Very uncomfortable. Not going to come back.

Best Hotel in Da Nang by miles!
This Hotel is has the most amazing rooms and service! We have stayed here twice and both times received access to the Privelege Lounge which has the best breakfast and most terrific service we have had anywhere in the world. Highly recommend this hotel, there is nothing better in Da Nang! We have stayed everywhere and this is the best.

Great stay for price
Great overall stay. Pros: -Fantasic view from room and Lounge -Received a free upgrade without even knowing it -Arranged motorbike rentals for us -Priveleged lounge has amazing service and food -Clean and maintained fitness centre -Good nightly rate Cons: -Beds/pillows are not the greatest -Cleaning service walked into our room at 7:40am without knocking, and then continued to enter even after saw my husband (didn't leave until told to come back later) -Disappointed by mainfloor restaurant (1st meal-Chicken was dry, side potato came out after we had finished eating meal; 2nd meal-everything cold; very long wait time to receive food...even when only ordered salads)

On the separate note, we are deeply apologize for your disappointment on La Rive Gauche Restaurant. Our Chef and F&B Manager has been informed for their further training and follow up all necessary steps to not have such cases repeated. Regard the cleaning service, it really confusing me as our housekeeping start working at 08:00, if I have more information about your room number, check-in and check-out day that would do great help to investigate what transpired and solve the question. Generally acceptable standards. Eating outlets closed a wee bit early after which there are not much to do other than to take cab to down town
