The open air bath was amazing. All the staff were amazing and helpful. They fixed any problems quickly and were very polite. The food was very good for breakfast but the dinner menu was a bit hit or miss. The place is absolutely designed for smokers - the rooms, the hallways, even indoors of the restaurant - so it would not be suitable for those with sensitivities.

I got a good deal from Hotels.com so i booked it for 6 nights for the whole duration of my visit here in this beautiful city and i'm glad i did,this is not a new hotel but you can see that the owners have kept it up to standard,the staffs were super friendly and helpful,they will try their best to make sure your needs are met,my room was perfect for me,it has no window but you get what you pay for,breakfast was excellent,you have a choice of western,Japanese or Vietnam which was all good for me,you wanna leave some space to venture out into the city and try the local food as well so the portion served was just right,if for whatever reason that you're not in the mood or too tired to leave the hotel for dinner,there is the Japanese restaurant at the rooftop(where you have your breakfast) that comes with friendly service and a beautiful panoramic view,the vibe here is cosy and chill,the staffs are so kind and friendly that made you feel so at home,i miss them loads come to think of it,the food here is really good,it sure changed my opinion about Japanese cuisine,my overall experience here has been absolutely perfect,i will definitely stay here again if ever i'm back in this beautiful city.

As noted in the other reviews the best thing about this hotel are the staff who are incredibly kind and accommodating – you couldn’t find better service in a 5 star resort. The hotel is very clean and well kept. Breakfast is a set menu – the Japanese sets are great, the western ones average. The hot tub on the roof is traditional Japanese service – so men and women’s times are separate and quite limited times for women, but overall a great hotel for business travel.

I am very impressed with this hotel. Very polite, helpful receiptionists particularly co Linh and the breakfast waitress. Breakfast is wonderful with traditional Japanese food. You should stay here to be treated with Japanese style! One weakness: there are only a few channels that mostly Japanese networks. No English TV channels ie BBC, CNN.

屋上温泉は、高所恐怖症には辛かった（笑） 天気予報が微妙だと近くに何も無いので出かけにくい。 ビックC など徒歩で結構な時間で、日本食が多い地域も30分は歩いた。 言葉の問題もあるので何かオプションで送迎サービス的なものがあれば良かったかもしれません。 8階に日本食レストランが有り便利ですが、昼食はやっていないので、天候が悪いと外出も不安（言葉の問題）なため抜く事もあった。 ホテルでの入手は宿泊客数によって難しいと思いますので、近くのコンビニ的な案内等もあれば良かったのかもしれません。 ホテル地下の無料洗濯機や乾燥機は長期滞在には有り難い。 店の従業員は皆さん丁寧な対応だった。 短期滞在では非常に良いのではないかと思いますが、長期滞在では少し不自由に感じるホテルではないかと感じました。

特にはありませんが、接客程度が素晴らしかった。男性の従業員が日本人を前に少し上がってて、顔が強張ってたが、態度は非常に良くて気持ちが良かった。 部屋のプライベート金庫の保守をしっかりして欲しい。二回セットしたナンバーで開かなくなった。

괜찮은 숙박 시설
숙박 내부 자체는 한국 모텔보다 약간 못한 시설이지만 베트남 호텔중에서는 깔끔 합니다. 내부 직원이 굉장히 친절 합니다. 한국어 약간 하는 직원 있고 일본어는 다들 잘함, 영어는 일본 후쿠야마출신 일본인 직원이 잘함, 옥상에 있는 노천 욕실이 좋습니다. 내부 식당은 일본 이자카야식, 조식은 메뉴로 지정되어 있어 깔끔 합니다.

屋上露天風呂付きの日本人向けビジネスホテル
屋上露天風呂付きのホテルで、旅行よりビジネス向けのホテルだった。実際、館内で見かけた客層も日本人ビジネス客が中心だった。故に、観光エリアからは離れており、徒歩での移動は無理なため、日本から旅行でダナンを訪れる場合、不便を感じる可能性がある。しかし、館内は清掃状態は良く、特に屋上にある日本風（水着着用無し）屋上露天風呂は、現在中華圏で海外赴任中の私にとっては感動ものだった。また、朝食の和食は量・味とも良く総合的に評価は高かった。一点、残念だったのは、日本語放送が見れるのだが、回線（インターネットTV?）状態が悪く、夜7時頃から翌朝まで全く視聴できなかったことである。

露天風呂がよいホテル
屋上にある露天風呂が最高でした。ベトナム出張中で他のホテルではシャワーのみだったので、足を延ばして入ることのできる露天風呂でリフレッシュすることができました。 また、受付の女性も対応もすばらしく、英語が堪能でない客先にベトナム語でアポイントのリコンファームをしてもらい、スムーズなビジネスができました。大変感謝しています。

やっぱり日本語が通じると安心・便利です
少し市街から離れているので、 タクシーを利用することになりますが、 ホテルの受付でお店を予約してもらったり、 タクシーを呼んでもらったり、 親切に対応いただけました。 タクシー運転手さんは英語が通じない場合があり、 ホテルの受付でお店の住所をベトナム語で メモしていただくとスムースでした。 朝食メニューも豊富で、和食・洋食・ベトナム料理、 いろいろと選べました。 また、ホテル内に居酒屋があり、 Tigerの生ビールと日本食が楽しめました。 露天風呂も快適でしたが、女性の利用時間が少なく、妻は利用できなかったのが少し残念。 でも、全体的に満足度が高く、オススメできるホテルです。

日本語対応のスタッフ
日本語対応のスタッフがおり、ストレスなく過ごせた。8階で食べる朝ごはんもたくさんメニューがあり、日本食もありました。 露天風呂はすごく景色が良かった。夜はレインボーに輝くブリッジが見えて良かったです。

Excellent hôtel avec un personnel disponible et attentionné. La suite était conforme à la description fournie sur le site. La salle de bains spacieuse est équipée d'une baignoire à remous avec une baie vitrée permettant de bénéficier d'une vue sur le fleuve et l'ouest de la ville pendant l'hydromassage. Petit déjeuner et restauration style japonais (vous pouvez choisir un menu occidental) de grande qualité.

가격대에 비해 대단한 서비스. 일본호텔 특유의 섬세함. 그러나 수영장인줄 알았던 옥상의 인피니티풀은 온천탕이였음. 남녀 동시 이용이 불가하니 커플은 꺼져라 ㅋㅋ

最高のサービスと屋上露天風呂の気分良さ
旅の最後は日本風でゆっくりとしたかったので、ここを選択しました。サービスも対応も申し分なかったです。日本語が話せるスタッフもいて助かりましたし、みんなが日本語を話そうとしているのも伝わって凄く気分が良かったです。 ただ、部屋をいい部屋にしたけど、なんかラブホテルのような雰囲気と匂いがしたのが残念です。あと 環境はやはり東海岸に負けてしまいますね。 屋上露天風呂は最高に良かったです。ただただ感動です。

コスパは申し分無し
フロントでは日本語での対応をしてくれるのでスムーズに事が運びました。エレベーター利用で上層階に上がると広い廊下がありますが全く冷房が効いていなく、部屋もそれなりにきれいにしてありますがあまり冷房は効きません。朝の日本食の朝食と露天風呂は最高でした。

석양을 볼수있고 가격은 2~3만원이지만 서비스나 호텔 상태는 5만원급 이상이다. 시내에서 좀 떨어져있어서 이동을 기본적으로 텍시로 해야되는 점이 불편하지만 어짜피 다낭에서 볼 것들이 (링엄사, 바나힐, 마블마운틴, 다낭 성당 및 참박물관 등) 각각 멀리 떨어져있기 때문에 큰 불편함은 없었다. 다만 호텔 근처에 편의시설이 거의 없기 때문에 담배 하나 사려고 10분을 걸어가야 되는것이 단점. 식당이 8층에 있는데 아침에 다낭 바다가를 보명서 조식을 먹을 수 있고 오후에는 석양보기 참 좋다. 개인적으로 또 한가지 별로 였던점은... 다낭에서 호이안 까지 택시로 이동하면 편도로 40만동 정도로 알고있는데 호텔측에서 제공한 드라이버로 이동하면 60만동이다;; 그렇다고 이 드라이버가 운전을 잘하는 것도 아니니, 이 호텔에서 호이안으로 이동하는 사람은 잘 생각해 보길...
