"We had booked a one night stay for the property's proximity to Carcassone airport. The room was lovely with kettle, teabags and fridge. If we had arrived at @ 4-5pm we would have enjoyed a relaxed walk around the Domaine and felt confident about driving back to Carcassone (30 mins) for an evening meal as we were told that there are no restaurants in any of the nearer villages. "Iris and BJ were wonderful hosts. In advance of our visit we communicated about our diet (vegan family) and they were able to provide us a nice breakfast every morning. We visited the area during warm weather and the swimming pool ended up being a refreshing part of our stay during the late afternoon hours."
